You may have a vaccum leak. one of the small 4mm vaccum hoses may be perished or may have come loose. If you think the car is overfuelling then it may be worth resetting the ECU so it can relaern the settings. See if this fixes the problem.

to be honest most of them are just for looks but a fair few have vents angled in such a way that they force air over the top of the engine. What panel did you buy ?

What oil do you use and has the level dropped at all. The only thing I can think of is if some oil is leaking into one of the chambers and getting burnt up. Have you still got Cat's ?. It won;t be a head gasket as it would smoke all the time. Doubt turbo seals either as this would happen on acceleration rather than deceleration.

3 weeks until I go on my Med cruise :D. Was going to book Florida for later this year but now Cerina bought me cruise for my 30th then I'll have to leave USA for next year :(. but :D for the cruise ;)

Regarding the space saver (i.e. spare wheel). buy the brakes then buy yourself an AA or RAC membership ;) problem solved.

The rear quarter panel are the hardest I would say. Doors are tricky but not really hard to do. The secret is in the glue you use. if you use the right spray glue then you won't have any bubbles. The only problem is that you won't know if it was the right glue until the summer when it gets warm and the glue heats up. But for anyone who is thinking of doing this. It's so much easier than it looks, just ask anyone who has done it. There's hardly any skill involved and it's not like you need to buy another kit if you cock it up, just get an extra 2 meters of material and you can't go wrong. Good luck guys

Mike the Tints on that car are no even dark. Mine is on the limit I have Limo tints on the back and rear quarters and 30% on the front's. No timt on the windscreen.
