I can make it communicate with the s14's but it doesnt do much... Ah well that clears it up then looks like conzult (the expensive one!) is less compatible :s

Can anyone tell me why it would appear that conzult will not work on other nissans? I cant seem to get it to read 200sx's, pulsars etc... conzult sx can, and can also read the z32 but just doesnt do the hicas etc... Am i being stupid? I also have datascan, surly i should be able to look at other cars with that as well? Please enlighten me :)

Surly people go for the single turbo on the straight 6's because its cheaper and less complicated. Surly two medium sized turbos will cost more than one large...

Another point i have noticed, fewer for sale on autotrader a year ago when i bought mine there was at least 80 examples, now were just over 40... seems that people are stopping importing them! Which in a way is good, make the value go up and people will hopefully stop breaking them all the time. If i could afford the insurance i would have an NA manual as a run around. Hell ive considered it enough times - if i can get more milage out of work then i'll really strongly consider it!

yeah but thats ebay :s Suppose what thats what they go for but i wouldnt expect much from an ebay one.... Just thinking i know the NA auto is low value and even the TT Auto not great but it seems that TT manual at least has regained some money :s maybe just me lol

you can rent them for not much.... I tihnk my old firm used to rent vivaro sized vans for about £12 a day + vat. Obviously comes out of your bottom line but it all helps right?

for cylinder 4 yes if the injector isnt firing, it wouldnt make any difference if the coil pack lead was unplugged or not so no change in engine note/revs expected. As to cylinder 1, you say it works sometimes and not others, and when you fiddle with the coil pack conenctor it does work? Dodgy plug not sitting tight/square i have two which i temporarily fixed 9 months ago with some cable ties... worked fine ever since so "out of sight out of mind" etc lol

Apparently based on the "Audi RSQ" which is where the R8 came from too so thats why :)
