My advise after recently doing mine is to pay someone to do them It would also depend on what style wheel they were Mine were old comprotive three piece with the centers painted the centers were easy to do as I had access to a blaster but the outer rims I wanted to polish and at the end of each day I looked like a bloody panda a black face with white rings arround the eyes took me something like two and a half days (thats without the couple of days removing all the paint) the finish turned out quite good but not as good as if I sent them off to be done weigh up how much your time is worth and it is far better to pay to have then done IMHO Hope this helps

note sure but think the idea was a sort of dare I say a hybridz badge Incorperating both the logos from both clubs being a member of both think it would look quite good only problem may turn out to be a bit like Lennon and Macartney or was it Macartney and Lennon ;)

Send all the details to one of the admins/committee members on here and ask them to see if they can search the data base of the club and see if he/her is a member with a matching email address If he/her was a member not sure that they would be allowed to let you know who it was due to the data protection act but they could ban him /her for life and then maybe announce that so andso was being banned from the forum personally think he/her should be named and shamed and treated by a leper by the whole Z community and by all the clubs that cater for the Z/ZXs

Can't help on this as a seach shows no details in the Z Club's membership list. could we be included in any message that may be sent

Write to your local MP I believe they have to take action with in a certain time scale it is quite a short time scale as well what would happpen is he/her would get in touch with the local council and they would look into in almost straight away as they shite themselves when a mp has got involved but it no use using the phone as there is no record of it it must be in writing snd best to make the letter as polite as possible

The 280Z that is pictured is a 280ZX and the 280Z was the same shape as the earlier 240Z with a 2.8 fuel injected engine and had bloody great federal bumpers in the States where most of them were sold The 240/260Z and 280ZX was sold in the UK but not the 280Z. Unfortunatly the turbo version of the 280ZX (pictured) was not sold in the UK,just the non turbo versions were available The 280ZX shown is a 2 seater version and was also avilable in as, used here, a slicktop version There are not that many of either versions left on the road over here as a result of the press's use of it "being of porcine flabiness" when it first came out over here seems to have been detrimental to its success but in the States it became the better seller than either of the 240/260/280Zs generation ZS

as you are in the states have you thought about the 280Z don't confuse it with the 280ZX its the same shape as the 240/260 but with a injected engine in it they are plenty of them over there

also 20 mins away just off A40 at Greenford car off road waiting to finish finishing wheels but hey ho might not want to meet me as its not as Z32 ;)

A little bit off topic but what is the easiest way to remove the tint as I want to have mine redone as after seven years and its getting a bit tacky?

yeah all go through that at some time as a moderator you are going to upset a few people sometimes but it always get sorted in the end maybe if the 300zx group has access to phone numbers I have always found a one to one normally sorts it straight away
