You could always start 2008 of with a bang and drop into the Z Club's SEKZ groups monthly meet at the Halfway House on the A128 on Sunday 6th of January 12o'clock onwards and say hi to Mr.F as he is now up and about after his recent spells in hospital.
  2. Have a great day big fella

Been there, done that over the years but only had to cancell one that I was involved in and that was Billing this year. What you realise after a while is you put most of your efforts into the events and things that you want to do and then it don't matter how many turn up as you and the others who go anjoy it because it is what you want to do anyway But the biggest satisfaction is when you put on a biggy and when it is going on you walk arround and see the happy smiling faces and you think to yourself I helped put that there Keep plugging away at it and it will come good in the end Trust me I am an idiot
  4. There can't be coz "Honest Joe" Dennis says there isn't. And I believe every thing "Honest Joe" dosn't say !!!!!!
  5. Wonder wether he will be driving a hybrid Ferrari or a standard McLaren !!!!!!!!
  6. Couldn't agree more That photo tends to make the front end look too long due to the shape of the wheel arch and makes it look as if it points to the sky Of course it could be the angle of the photo that is doing this and side on it may look a lot better

  8. M40 every time at the moment due to roadworks on M1 As you go over the Greenford Roundabout wave or toot You should get a good run but as always depends on time Target flyover can be a pain as A40 goes into two lanes just before then opens back to three straight after and the Hanger Lane giratory can be also be a pain depending again on times There is also a nasty little Speed camera between the Target and the Greenford turn off remember 50mph there. Also there is another one between the M25 and the Target as the 50MPH starts not long after the M25
  9. God Harve I thought I had driven you away from Zs and the Z scene after that pre JAE Billing setup day about 4 years back Nice to see you still around Try and make Z008 at Billing again in May and we can sink a few :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

  16. Big thumbs to hatari aka Harpal Sudle who has managed to finish what must be the hardest toughest Rally in the world To do this on a shoestring is a fantastic achievement for the Z Club member He managed at one time to get as high as 28th and finaly finished 36th Just by finishing he completed his dream For complete story on the Rally visit http://www.zclub.net/forum/showthread.php?t=11243 A few more pics to show how tough this one is Water more Water even more water a few stones a bit of dust A mishap or two and the speed of the cars
  17. Sadly Evel Knievel the stunt driver has passed away aged 69 Eval used to use a 240Z, that was chopped-topped by 41/2 inch and powered by a Chevy V8, as a show car
  18. At the end of day two hatari has climbed from 42nd to 31st place Go fella enjoy your dream
  19. Yet again there is some talk of Wilts County Council closing down Castle Combe Circuit due to complaints of excessive noise from a few local residents. This is a cracking venue and it would be criminal to see it go. So show your support and sign the petition by using the link below. http://www.petitiononline.com/306007/petition.html Thanks...
  20. That was Harpal in the car A couple more pics Not a Z but shows how tough this event is
  21. I know it is not Z32 Related but thought you might be interested in a guy from the UK who at this moment is living his dream Harpal Sudle aka hatari and his 240Z are taking part in the East African Safari Classic he is just an ordinary member of the Z Club and is forefilling his Dream Two of the major players in the pack are non other than Bjorn Walderegard and Stig Blomqvist For more information on his progress and the event http://www.zclub.net/forum/showthread.php?t=11243

  23. Don't think scalextric did one but there is a glutt of the smaller scale about 1/60 slotcars ie AFX,Tomy, Tyco I have 11 different Z32s in this size By the way the one in the above ebay link is a Z31 and not a Z32 You would be better searching on ebay.com rather than ebay.uk as there used to be loads for sale in the States and Honk Kong
  24. Saw a very nice blue Z32 (well 3/4 of it was blue) today on the M4 between junction 11 and 12 at about 3 oclock today anybody on here If so might want to tell your passenger that I am harmless as she locked a bit shocked at me giving you both the big thumb out the van window Amazing thing today saw another Black Z32 on the road as well inbetween Aldermarston and Silchester 3/4 hour later Two on the road in the space of 45 minutes __________________
  25. He first went into hospital for a hernia op about eight weeks ago they cancelled and sent home as blood pressure too high After a month called back to hospital for the op that was done and was discharged after a few days After about 10 days had to go back to hospital by ambulance as an infection had started Had a second minor op to sort it out and again released from hospital after another few days but this time with the district nurse to attend each day to change dressing Last Sunday was feeling like shite and got a lift to local emergency GP who said this ain't right and thier is an infection there again and called an ambulance and got him readmitted to hospital for the third time. Due to staff cuts since he went to hospital the first time (100 staff cut)he was not operated on until yesterday that is six days after he was admitted Spoke to him yesterday afternoon and he is quite cheerful but bloody bored He was also quite amused by some of the calls he has had from people asking him for parts (car parts not body parts) and he says to them whoa before you ask about parts I am flat on my back in hospital and one replied "thats a shame but could you still order me so and so as quick as you can) LOL
