Thanks guys i think or shall i say hope its ok now,teh car was running hot, revs were going up after 2 hours drving. And this has been going on about 4 months now it seems to be ok for now.

please does anyone know the symptoms of an air lock,are there more than one ?:eek:

when the rubber pipe which leads from the rad is hard with alot of pressure and the revs go up? then when you open the bleed screw let out some water the reves drop?:confused:

mine makes like a grinding noise then stops till you start it again had some work done on engine maybe he didnt tighten it up good .:confused:

mine is making a bad noise when i crank the engine what is it and what do i need to do sounds like its loose when i turn the key then it stops. Do you think im causing any damage to the engine?:cry:

got a water leak passenger side rear looks like its comming from the turbo is this pipe/hose easy to replace?

i was told by nissan that i had a fault with it if its the harness is it easy to change just that?

where can i get a knock sensor cheeper than 182 quid seems so much for such a small part from nissan:D

theres a screw that come loose and dropped to the bottom of the door once replaced your problem will be solved.:D

mine did that and after a few weeks i found out it was the water pump, also check your carpets driver/passenger side heater will work but you could still have a leak there.

i bought one from nissan 2 pound something just had to wait a day mines an import.

way over the top i would feel a right fool driving that the only thing that looks good is the engine he he.

does the car overheat,and how many rad caps has it blown is your water pump ok

whats happening with your water have you got a leak or is it just dissaparing ?

my 300zx tt started reving high, its ok for the first hour then the revs go up to about 1000 rpm, could it be the tps?:confused:

mine did the same and it was the PTU its ok now
