Nasty.......
Dunno. Think it was rotten(.com). Really trying to get away from the subject of mashed up people, the same guy sent me: ratemypoo the other day. Probably not one to look at while eating, but a more comfortable level of horror.

Just when i thought i was being clever
Bl**dy hell! Are you sure?! Has anyone actually done this, or is it based on gear ratios and theoretical bhp? Maybe a trip to Bruntingthorpe is in order.

Nasty.......
See... shows how messed up I am about the whole thing - I wouldn't even look! Doesn't help I've got a mate who keeps sending pics of people run over by tanks and a guy who's blown his brains out with a shotgun. A few broken eggs might just tip me over the edge. Don't make me look!!!

nismo 555 'o' ring seals
Have you got a set available right now? Pete at SE was trying to get some for my car, but if they haven't arrived by the 23rd (when he's supposed to be doing my mapping) I'll be mighty p*ssed off.

Nasty.......
I don't wanna look. I still can't get the image of a decapitated pedestrian I saw in China out of my head. Wierd thing was the street lighting made the huge mess in the road look like someone had dumped a barrel of orange juice. There was a big heap of people just standing around watching. Then not half a mile down the road we saw a foot sticking out from under cement lorry and a cyclist laying half under the front. The driver's all running around in a panic... and yet more people standing around watching. Don't make me go back there!!!

What is the best TV games console?
Radofin Colour TV game... has it's own built-in speaker, can run on batteries, features 10 (count 'em!) built-in games, twin analogue controllers, switchable bat size and ball speed. "Hours of fun for the whole family". Best played when p*ssed.

Anita where is it?

jwt Chip?
Isn't there just a "high-gear" map (pair of maps) that works for 4th and 5th, or 3rd and overdrive in auto? Or am I just confusing everything (even more)?

Clock!
I can't... stop... staring... at it. Just don't ask me what the time is. Cheers Pete!

Who was it then?
...about 1:30pm, rolling into Rayleigh from Eastwood in a shiney red 300 - looked like an SE bonnet vent... roof out, looking very chuffed. But then, the sun's out - it does that to some people.

jwt Chip?
Last time I looked, the code's the same between auto and manual, but there's some additional data below (I think) the map area. It's definitely not code tho. I need some other code-junkies to have a look at my rough disassembly.

Bad week!!
What's going on man?! Have you been p*ssing of people in high places? I read your post about the keying, and that totally sucks donkey-balls. In fact, when I think about it, I don't quite know how to deal with it. Anyway, talking of removing the limiter, are you thinking: speed limiter? If I'm right (not often) it can be done in the ECU. And it's about time everyone with a 300 had a socketed EPROM. Should be a piece of p*ss. Probably not what you need ATM, but you know the rad hose is easily fixed. Maybe it's just your car having a bit of a cry. I like that little anim BTW XTT. My girlfriend needs a lot of them (she's been through a pile of shyte lately).

Riding on 19"s
Yeah, I missed that completely. Don't be a playa hata now ;) I didn't get any of the tracks. I'll check with my mate M3Pilot - he seems to have a huge archive of this stuff. He forwarded the link to me in the first place. I think he's actually fluent in stunta-speak now. Talking of chromed 19's tho... it's worth dropping into SE just for a look at their wheel stand. I shouldn't really take the p*ss too much cos I know there's a few people that've got 'em... but they're doing some big chromed 19 inch Kahn rip-offs. I personally think they look very... ahem... bling-bling ;)

Yeah, sorry. Still makes me laugh, and seemed kinda appropriate here.

Sorted. Now bring on the mods ;)

chips !!!!!
You might find your timing's been retarded at the crank angle sensor to cope with higher boost (prevent detonation up top). Really, you want this back to standard and the ECU retarding timing when it's necessary. As AndyP mentioned, there's free ECU code around to do this. It's what SE and JWT (everyone apart from Superchips, apparently) do to start with. For the sake of a few quid, and soldering an IC socket in your ECU (piece of p*ss), it's got to be worth having a go. As long as you're sensible (don't drive around with a ton of pinking) you're not gonna blow your lump up. Of course, someone specialist like SE will probably do a better job making you a custom map because they've got the equipment and experience to map for your mods. And you'll get a power figure and plot at the end of it.

HP Calculator - probably bollox but hey...
You'll be doing the latter later, Mr P? P for Pendant, right? ;) No, actually I was right in the first place :p ... because the standard map is pretty good, but my car runs like cack with it because of the cams and compression. Hence, my car needs a bad map to run better. So, you're really getting into this mapping stuff then Andy? Anyway, this calculator thing looks like too much transmission loss. And there's loads it doesn't take into account. But it's good for a laff.
