  2. Funnily enough mate, it's partly your fault for having your car next to mine at Billing 08 and putting my engine bay to shame!!!! Thought I'd better get my arse in gear after that! Cheers Mate. Cheers bud Whoops! Yes Mate very happy. Out there popping the bonnet with pride now, making a stand for us Zedders!! Andy
  3. Er kettle, pot, black!!! Cheers Buddy good to meet you at Zedfest, even if it gave me neck ache talking to you!!!! Andy
  4. Standard problem with the instructions on these mate. They tell you to connect to one hole on the unit but it's the wrong one. Just swap over and it will work fine. Have a look at the post I have just put up of my enging bay and you will see how it should be. Andy
  5. Time to change your sig pic now then!!!! Some cracking shots in there mate. Andy
  6. Thought I'd update as I have completed a few little bits and pieces. Any views, advice, questions welcome. Throttle cable bracket cut to follow curve of plenum bolt hole, then chromed. Idea here is to expose more of the gulley in the middle when viewed from front. Throttle cable adjuster refurbed satin black. All stainless cap bolts. Fuel rail pipe replace with stainless braided hoses and red anodised clamps. All injecter locator bolts replaced with stainless cap bolts. Throttle cover bolt hole lug ground off from front right hand side of throttle cable guard. Fuel Damper painted and lacquered EH3 red Stainless hose replacement with anodised finishers. Coil packs repainted satin black, new stainless cap bolts, coil pack brackets chromed (Slick Pete), stainless button top bolts. Boost hoses replaced with Viper Performance silicon and brass T pieces. Balance bar sanded down and polished, throttle cable guide bracket ground off and smoothed over and chromed (Slick Pete). Fuel Pressure Regulator replaced with Aeromotive style adjustable regulator and relocated to inner wing. Idea here was to de-clutter the polished plenum. Fuel filter replaced with Sytec Hi-Flow race filter. Speedflow red anodised in line cut off valve fitted using -6 JIC compression fittings, Stainless braided hose fitted. All red silicone replaced with Viper Performance heavy duty silicone. Mission accomplished - Uncluttered plenum revealing the polished central valley. Throttle cover bolt holder lugs ground off. Also de-cluttered by re-routing new injector connector and Coil packs wiring under the plenum. Spal PWM fan controler installed to run and monitor new Zirgo electric fan. Brake servo vacuum hose re-routed and replaced with Viper Performance heavy duty re-enforced silicon piping. Sytec brass fittings installed. Front View. Fan bolted straight onto Koyo rad. Full Unortadox underdrive pulley set. Full 120k cam belt service thanks to Silverbullet at very reasonable cost. Carbon slam panels fitted and engine bay Tcut back to original paint where possible. Series 2 PTU and temp sender wires all hidden. And finally..... slight angle!! Next job is to tidy up wires next to fuse box and fit some nice coilovers with pillow ball top mounts to replace tired looking OEM ones. And that is basically why I didn't go out very much for the first 3 months of spring Summer!!!!!! Andy
  7. Nice work Jimmy. Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh. Andy
  8. Did you put pics up??? Andy
  9. One of the most complete zeds. End of.
  10. I think he means the coach line at the top (double indent) that runs from left to right. I agree, the line that runs down the side needs to stay unless you can loose all including the rear bumper. I have seen a red car with this done and am in 2 minds about it. Oh bugger, I just agreed with Funkysi on something.
  11. BINGO!!! I am eyeing up that coach line and thinking the same. I'm also looking at getting more air in for my front mount intercooler that's been in my hallway for over a year!! If you look at the bumper from the front I believe that the position of the fog lights were a compromise. There are deffo some improvements that cane be done here. Any ideas on adhesives and fillers? Andy
  12. Oh! wasn't expecting that! Cheers for the feed back Simon. I thought that the ground control and KYB AGX 's were compatible. Might look at the HSD's if I can get a deal. Andy
  13. Has anyone got any info opinions on the above? (I have already spoken to MadMarco). Am looking at them with Tein Pillow Ball Top Mounts but this then pushes the set up towards coilover money! Can anyone recomend dampers AYG SGX seem to be popular. Anyone else owned a set?? Decisions, decisions!? Cheers in advance, Andy
  14. I might have to visit theses guys!! Great post!!
  15. Good luck Steve. I twas nice to meet you last year ay JEA. Stunning car. You clearly put your heart and soul into that motor. Are you getting another Nissan? Andy
  16. Hi Mate, The 4000cfm is a Zirgo fan. I have just bought one and fitted it to mine and so has silver bullet. Seem ok to me. you can get them on USA ebay. Andy
  17. Hi Dan, I am in the middle of changing mine at the moment. I bought a Aeromotive style fuel injection one. Any after market on will do the job as long as you don't mind relocating it and it is 1:1 rising rate type. I am due to install it on Thursday/Friday ready for Zedfest and will do a write up when I have installed it. Andy
  18. Nice!! Mate of mine is running White stern rims on a black S14 and they look awsome!! Get em on quick so we can see properly. Andy
  19. Looking good so far! Get your self some dremel emry wheels and then some felt polishing wheels and finally some cloth polising wheels with usual brown and blue bars and you will be able to get in between the ridges on the throttle boddies. It looks really good if you can get in there (not that I'm obsessed or anything!!) Andy
  20. Yep I know what you mean. I will either get mine from apple store direct or from john lewis as they price match and give a two year warranty!! I'm also using my iPhone right now!!!
