Track time is assigned by the organizers. They had to preassign time for the demos, and tried to give each club a morning and afternoon slot. Could have been worse, the first briefing is at 8:10 for a 9:00 or 9:18 session. Are you planning to attend? Because your not on the list... Yes, if you dont go to the briefing you will not get a wrist band and will not be allowed on the track.

Yep, but it will be worth it! (or stay at a hotel near the event Friday night)

Our Z only track time has been confirmed on the Japfest site! Group C - 8:40 briefing, 9:36 on track Group S - 12:40 briefing, 14:24 on track

Anyone else interested in what is guaranteed to be a great day out? Picture this, you just had a great time at Billing and got completely trashed with 87 like minded Z owners and hangers on. Just as the hangover subsides you can get back together at the first big jap car meet of the year, and have everyone help you remember what you got up to! Thanks for your honest opinions! My interior is pretty much all black with some silver detail on the dash so I liked the small brushed silver bits on the wheel (at least there not chrome!). Also like the mix of Alacantra and leather. Honestly think the Millenium Evo wheel really suits the Z, but too many people have them!

Simplest answer would be the thermostat is stuck wide open. I know this is a new Z for you, has it always been this way or is this something new? Does it have a more efficiant aftermarket rad? I wouldn't worry about the oil, 80c is well within it's operating temp. The oddest thing is your heater, even at 75c the water should be plenty warm to keep you nice and toasty. My heater kicks in when the water temp hits 40c.
