Ya, sorry this is not an advertisment thread. I shouldn't have put offers. I'm just looking at a rough guide price to sell it for. I am registering soon, tried it the other day but paypal kept logging me out so i'll try it again in a bit.

I've had a fair few people ask me to let them know when I come to sell it prior to me taking them off the car, so I think there is a bit of interest. Rough price guess?

How much should I expect to sell my old speedo for that was taken out of my jap 300zx TT swb slicktop? It's an aftermarket veilside 320kmph speedo with a mines boost controller (0.4 - 1.4 bar). Mileage is on 79491 km and has the usual temp, oil pressure and petrol gauges. Pics...

Bit of a problem...help
MASSIVE THANKS TO ZEDWORLD.... for sorting this problem out. Turned out to be the spigot rings in each hub stopping the wheel from tightening up as close as possible and therefore the wheels were all over the place. Weird how the problem only seemed to surface after I had the problem with the split rim nuts/bolts coming out. Anyway, all sorted and the garage I bought it from are paying for the bill. Whilst I was there I had my speedo replaced to a 180mph jobbie with de-limiter so i'm now reading in mph :) Anyone interested in an aftermarket veilside 320kmph speedo with a mines boost gaugage, please let me know. chris.kinsey@gmail.com

The garage are sorting it for me mate. Cheers for your advice. Im off there tomorrow and they are only 2 miles away from Zedworld so its going there and any cost incurred is being sorted by the garage I bought it from. As you say its probably from a previous refurb as the alloys were in immaculate condition. I'll ask them to check the rest of the wheels out.

We are going to try 2 new front wheels on the car tomorrow off another zed to see if the problem persists. I'll let you know how it goes.

Bit of a problem...help
When braking I don't feel any juddering like a warped disc. The juddering only seems to occur when accelerating and is more obvious at speeds around 60-70mph but can occur at lower speeds (i.e 40mph). At 70mph the steering wheel shakes quite violently, shaking all my arms. I have noticed that when i start her up in the morning and set off, for the first 5-10 mins I can hear a bit of a clunk coming from the front passenger wheel area when going over bumps and what not. This clunk seems to dissapear into the journey though.

Wheel has been balanced and still the same problem. I'm thinking buckled wheel/distorted tyre..? Going to zedworld tomorrow to have it all checked out and hopefully it will be resolved soon. Not a great start to zed ownership, hoping this isn't the first of many problems to come.

Do you reckon the above on ebay is going to be around the cheapest i'll get it for? What other "as good" but cheaper alternatives are there?

New Toyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yea mate, i'll have to make an appearance if you are going. It's nearly sorted, there is some juddering now but i'm hoping its just balancing which i'll get done soon. The wheels could do with a refurb and I need to get the propper nuts and bolts for them as i've put in some temporary ones at the moment which look a bit odd. Might be buying those clocks/speedo soon, have you replaced the clocks before on these?

Bit of a problem...help
Cheers guys, found the washer fluid topup. Would never have thought to look at the boot area. Anyway... i've assembled the wheel again and fitted them and i've still got a judder which seems to kick in only when i'm accelerating and happens around 70+mph. When i'm pottering around about the town at around 30mph you can't notice it. I'm thinking it is the wheel balancing as the wheel was nearly hanging off when the bolts shot out the split rim. I've lock tight(ed) the bolts & nuts up so all is good that end apart from I have had to use some std bolts which don't match the others that are in and the alloy needs a refurb now really. Hope it's just the wheel balancing as I can't really see anything bent in the arch area. Any other ideas?
