  1. Sticking caliper, hub could have run out...... when the discs were fitted were the hubs cleaned up and any rust, dirt removed??? Sorry.... spent day with a brake specialist the other day drumming info into my brain....lol He said discs don't just warp..... If you get judder it is usually they were not fitted correctly, the hubs are out of specification, there is old corrosion behind the disc making it not seat flush to the hub, Caliper has a sticking cylinder.... all of these can cause run out.....
  2. 1) Gasket........ SOLD 2) Lemans exhaust heat wrap 50mm x 5m..... £5 + P&P 3) roof mouldings ...... SOLD 4) Pro Plus 6 x 9 speakers..... New in box...... £10 + P&P 5) Polished stainless steel laser cut 300zx fuse box plate......£10 +P&P

  6. These came off my Z last year....... They could do with some TLC..... One needs repainting so would be best to spray all 4 to match...... I also have 2 of these spare that were buckled by a BIG pothole and maybe repairable?? Great condition..... so you get 4 good ones and 2 extra....... I will add better pics tomorrow if I can...... as this is of one of the damaged 2...... £200 ono......
  7. Dremmel???? will fit in the gap easier than a drill..... To start the hole with 1/8th bit.......open up to correct size for easy out....... then as advised penetrating fluid...... then easy out the little bugger..... lol
  8. Happy Birthday.......... Hope you had a good day......:happybday:
  9. I will post all the cross reference info I found out whilst researching these and see if it helps anyone...... Left it all at work...... lol I do have a cataloguing specialist coming down to see me in a couple of weeks who specialises in cross referencing and tracking hard to find parts....... Might kidnap him..... lol
  10. Yep they were the bare wire ones Andrew......
  11. Well that was a waste of time..... they arrived on nissans part number reference as the correct Bosch ones...... turned out to be bloody universal fitting ones..... so returning them to main warehouse...... Sorry...... thought I had found some..... lol
  12. The three you have Bird are all Bosch ones..... A24 - 621 denotes Nissan..... and are the same starting numbers as S13 and Q45...... Mine are A24-621-120-23070..... looks like they are all different numbers...... I would like to know what numbers denote what on the Bosch part numbering exactly...... very much like the VW part numbers showing make, model, variation, position on vehicle, etc...... I shall post up if they have the hamburger or not and the part numbers and where they are available Monday when I get my hands on 2...... lol
  13. £48.95 + VAT..... each =£58.74.... I have ordered 2 to check 100% they are the correct ones....... before I start posting up any more details..... I will have them monday hopefully..... so will post pictures and info then.....
  14. Hi to all the technical people that may be able to help...... I have sourced some Brand new Bosch O2 sensors that have the same Bosch number as the 5 that I have in the garage spares and on the car fitted...... I was trying to find out if the OEM ones were stamped up with Nissan part number or just the Bosch part number? The Bosch ones I have fitted to my Z and spare ones in the garage have A24-621 120 23070 on them....... Same number as the ones I can get hold of..... Would it make a difference if the Nissan logo wasn't on them??? These are not the universal style ones...... Cheers
  15. Happy Birthday mate........:happybday:
  16. They can get sued for saying something like that........ bit unfair on people that live there though....!!!........ :whistling:

  19. If it was free mapping by Noel, I think most of the bloody forum would have their names down to compete.......... lol I know I would be there in line, in front of Bird........... tall buggers at the back of the queue............

  21. J43 COO ..... I think is the registration...... maybe wrong...... ?? found J43 COO for sale on drift works..... and J43 **O is the part I could read off the advert OP posted..... guessing here.... lol HKS exhaust, HKS mushroom filters, 40K mileage.....??? http://www.driftworks.com/forum/drift-cars-sale-private-sales/219943-300zx-lwb-twins-manual.html
  22. Rare colour........ yes as it isn't the right colour white for the car...... Badly fitted front veilside reproduction bumper does not make the car made by veilside...... lol The bonnet doesn't fit flush.... Has it had front end damage? Why the front bumper was replaced, intercooler replaced and car resprayed? Drivers seat, leather looks loose.... If this had the intercooler, pipes, clutch, etc done...... You would 100% need to tell the insurance company.... Oh and the 'Got long tax'...... Tax now doesn't get sold with the car..... you will need to re-tax car on purchase..... the law changed...........:headvswal
