Did anyone buy this months Evo Magazine? In the first few pages, amongst all the new & future car release stuff was a paragraph about a new patented BHP quick-fix. Kinda like nitrous injection, I'm no techie but it sounds effective... The system uses the car's airconditioning system to cool a body of fluid (coolant?) down to a low temp in a separate tank. Then you've got a button on your dash which dumps the fluid into your intercoolers, geddit? I can't find the mag :rolleyes: or remember the car in question but it had v high BHP as standard (500ish?), however I remember it saying this method was worth a quick 50BHP :eek: . And get this - the fluid can be recooled within 2 minutes! Any thoughts? Pete

Thanks boys, yeah think i agree it must be the offset. Well theres certainly nowt wrong with the handling etc so i suppose i'll leave it til I've got loadsa money for different alloys. It's the *wrong* direction for spacers isn't it?

...oh and I think the tyres may have been changed since that pic was taken.

They're not standard wheels - Hasemi (never 'eard of 'em :confused: ) Split Rims. My rear tyres are 245/35/16... Lowering springs? Hmm, not impossible I suppose, any way of telling? Cos logic would say that lower profile tyres = more space around them :rolleyes: Thanks Pete

Post frenzy tonight :D Right, i only have 225/45/16 front tyres yet the driv side wheel rubs slightly on the arch liner when turning sharp left. i think the liner is pretty smooth ie not sticking out, what can I do - 16" and rubbing goddammit?! I'm sure ripping the arch liner off would be bad, and I'm not *that* bothered by it, but it'd be nice to fix :) Thanks in advantix Pete

...Is there a product to keep the leather interior silky fresh and supple? Kind of like an automotive Oil of O/Ulay. Cos I've notice the odd dry patch. And while I'm talking moisturisers - why do car dealers put that cacky waxy stuff all over the dash?! Had it on my old Astra and it just attracted cat hairs and made your fingers feel greasy.
