  1. had mine done with soda blasting and as si mentioned is easier to clean away, all the underside was packed with silver foil to stop any bits getting in but a thorough clean and air blast sorted mine. dan.

  4. baffles are deffo spot welded on cant see where any sealant would be used will post a pic once its done. dan. :tongue_smilie:
  5. I will have a look later in the old sump I presume any sealant would be used to hold the baffles in place if not welded? dan.
  6. :tongue_smilie: they use a very strong acid bath which it would be put into for some time it strips off all paint and any other residues attached to the inside and outside of sump so will be extremely clean before its powdercoated but will still be mindful of checking for any trapped stuff dan.

  9. gonna be replacing the sump and was thinking about getting it powdercoated has anyone on ere had theirs done and did you take any precautions before hand no chance of it getting distorted in the oven??? dan.:whistling:

  13. as picture shows its a HKS air filter with the adaptor so fits directly onto the maf price includes delivery £35 dan. :tongue_smilie:

  15. Im running ksport coilovers and replacing or replaced bushes also with 19" rims the ride is hard thinking about something a little less stiff for me old bones! dan.

  23. thanks phutumsch for info on low profile battery arrived yesterday so fitted it last night and bonnet strut set up now clears the top of battery no bulging bonnet! :clap: dan. :tongue_smilie:
