Didn't see this thread. The whole sill section is about £200 + VAT from Nissan and I've seen a lot that have corrosion all the way down! I'd be interested in the arches mate if you can get them made up. Finances are a little tight at the mo' but end of next month would be ok. How much 'height' are the arch repair panels? Ivan

Wasting your money mate just warm it up and cool it down for the first/last 3 or so miles. Ivan

Temp gauge will be a bad connection on the smaller of the 2 connectors on the 2 front water pipes on the engine behind the fan. The boost thing sounds like you have a boost leak. Ivan
