  1. Looking to get a uprated oil cooler. Does anyone have any recommendations at all? Also do these get sold as kits? ie cooler with braided oil lines etc. Is there also any places that you would recommend that I can get these from. I did a search on here and see that someone has used Mocal 25 row x 235 matrix oil cooler,+ mocal thermostatic flow valve set up with Braided pipes. Would this be a suitable replacement? I other thing, my car is a Jap Import what size connections would be used? Thanks Ant
  2. Hi I have a problem with the connecter that plugs into the TPS. The connecter has broke or should I say that the wires have come out the connecters which are inside the connecter. Ive been unable to get the connections out the connecter. I was wondering if its possible to purchase this connecter from somewhere? Are these a certain connecter or are they used elsewhere in the engine bay? Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks Ant
  3. Cheers for that, will give that a try. Ant
  4. Got a spare plenum and looking to do a water bypass as well as other things when I pull my engine. Ive removed all the hoses and rails etc on the underside as the Plenum pull and water hose bypass procedure states. Just trying to work out how to remove the pipe connectors, as shown in the pics. Do I drill where ive labeled in the pic to remove the pin inside the pipe connectors or is there something else I should do? How do I remove the other pipe connectors, because I cant see how i can drill them out. One other thing, the wires have come out of the connector that plugs into the TPS. Could someone tell me which wire goes where, ie I have three wires:- Light green, black stripe Light green, red stripe Dark green, red stripe Which goes in the top, middle and bottom of the connector, its so I can repair them. Thanks Ant

I know its somethng running from the turbo, intercooler or something. I looked on the courtesyparts website. but could not work out which one it is. Is there anywhere Here that would sell that part? Thanks Anthony

One other thing is that my car has had a manual conversion and I believe that my Hicas is disengaged. Could I disconnect both the autobox and hicas boxes? Or does the hicas work the power steering as well? Thanks Ant

I have a after market boost gauge and would like the stock gauge to still work, so im guessing im still going to have to keep the little box. Would it be possible to extend the vacuum tube to the sensor so i can hide the sensor or does it need to be a certain length? Thanks Ant
  20. Can anyone help? The little black box on the drivers side of the engine bay near the bulk head, is that the boost sensor? if it is, what does it do? The reason i ask, im sure ive read that if you have a EBC then this box can be removed? Is that true? Thanks Ant
