I dont totally agree there Nick, I know many have used jets with no problem but many have used them and had problems with spikes causing over boost and causing damage. Electronic boost controller's are a little more expensive but you get the advantage of being able to adjust the boost, better boost response and quicker spool up, over the jets

I got HKS SQV's in place of recircs got no issues of bad tick over good as gold

Nick your better off replacing that pipe and putting the dump valves down where the recircs used to be or try here click click

boost jets :nono: :nono: no control over boost pressure do yourself a favor and put an electronic boost controller on, boost is adjustable then boost jets can cause boost spikes and they not good news :smash:

There's a bit more to it than that bud than just chipping the ecu, the chip justs re maps the ecu, the stock turbo's, intercoolers, injectors will cope with that amount of boost but they will be starting to max out, 12psi is a bit more on the safer side if your a little worried about damaging the engine. If you wanted higher boost then you have to start looking at injector upgrades intercooler upgrades and turbo upgrades. Did they mention about fitting an electronic boost controller? You will need to fit one so you can adjust the amount of boost you want when you want, so if your doing normal driving you can have the boost level set lower, and higher if you want that bit more fun, some people fit boost jets to gain boost cheap way around it but not advisable as the boost cant be adjusted, but will still need chipping. have you tried checking the petrol in the tank is alright too, you can test it with a lite match :rofl: :rofl:

no mate follow this link click failing that disconect the ECU temp sender (where red arrow is pointing) and clean it up of any green shit this can be a nightmare and play havoc with the ECU, tricking it to think engine is cold so altering the timing and causing the engine to run rich hence why you could be getting the smoke and fuel smell
