  10. thats correct 1 bar would be the very top you could go even that is on the limit with stock tubs, bigger IC's will help cool the charged air going into the engine but you really need to fit bigger injectors too to cope with the extra fueling increase the chip will produce and the engine will need by re mapping the ecu. get a good electronic boost controller that you can adjust the boost with, personally i wouldnt go as high as 1bar 12psi would be far safer for the stock tubs as they are getting on now 12psi will still be a noticable increase in power. But remember bigger IC's wont stop tubs giving out if they are old.

  14. i think they have been advertised before and dont think they are for a zed either the pipe work is in the wrong place, plus they look too tall and half would be behind the side lights which wouldnt be any benafit as the air wouldnt get to the top

  16. makes no difference what value you give the car the b@st@rds wont give you back the value of it anyway, what they offered my was an insult, many arguments later i managed to squeeze a bit more out of them but no where near enough to replace the car

  20. Also the ECU temp sender on top alloy hose (yellow one) will cause the engine to run in safety boost if it gives the ECU the wrong reading, retarding the timing as the ECU thinks the engine is still cold, can usually cure this by taking the connector off and cleaning off any green shite.
  21. A siezed turbo will give no + boost an open waste gate will also give no + boost as would a boost leak on any of the 4 large pipes either coming from the turbos to intercooler or from intercooler to the intake all pipes need to be checked could even be a hole in 1 of the intercoolers or a leak on the balance bar. Code 55 tells you nothing is wrong on the electrical side so its a mechanical fault you have all the above need to be checked out

  23. if a tub is siezed they usually had it, if you could unsieze 1 it wouldnt be any good as the bearings would be shot, if they are newish tubs it could be possible a waste gate is stuck open so all the boost is going straight out and not getting into the intake. Take the large pipes off that go to the turbo in there is an impellor check to see if that turns fairly easy with a minimum of play, if the impellors turn the tubs arnt siezed then i would say a boost leak or waste gate stuck open its a pig of a job but it will illiminate the tubs
  24. then the tubs aint boosting could be possible you have sized turbo as was case on 1 of my zeds or a huge boost leak check the large pipes either side of plenum to see if any loose you might have to check the intercooler pipes too
