  1. I'll be there.
  2. The injectors will be maxed out at 1.3bar Back in 2006 I had a TT manual shortie and on the rollers it produced 401bhp running at 1.3bar but the operator advised to reduce the boost pressure down to around 1.1max for safety. At 1.1 bar it ran 372bhp and afr was good. Also just to mention the 1st run at 1.3 bar and 401bhp was with stock coolers and a jwt chip. So I reckon you'll need to upgrade your injectors and either get a chip or a decent ecu to run a reliable 400bhp, anything beyond that and then I'd also go with uprated coolers.
  3. Slick50 additive does indeed contain PTFE which is the most slipperiest substance in the world apparently. What the slick50 does is attaches itself to the engines moving parts like cams etc to minimise wear. As said above, I wouldn't advise using any oil additive especially in a turbocharged car. That slick50 stuff is for old Capri's and cortinas etc. Theres nothing better for your engine than a regular oil and filter change, you don't need to use an additive if you use half decent oil to start with.
  4. I'm having a jaunt down on Sunday morning. Zeds not been out for a while so I reckon a good three hour run there should blow out the cobwebs! Oh and a tank of fuel :/
  5. All PS3 users registered with the PSN are getting two free games also, choice of two out of five I believe, they're supposed to be rolling it out over the next few months. It's a loyalty thing for being patient apparently.
  6. Thats a V mount mate.
  7. Nice buy for 2k. Well played.
  8. When I bought mine I had to drive it back from Hythe - Kent up to Sunderland. Tank and a half of juice for me so I reckon depending on the whereabouts in Kent it is, you'll probably use a tank depending on how heavy your right foot is lol.
  9. ^^LOL^^ Superb example mate, and how clean does that engine bay look?
  10. Because the zeds only been getting out recently now that the summer appears to be here, it only gets out on a Sunday if the suns out lol. I usually mill about in either my qashqai or primera any other time. I'm off work for the next 11 days over easter so I'll definately be out and about in it taking advantage of this nice weather.
  11. Just looked on Zedworld, price is £1650 all parts supplied and fitted.
  12. I've been thinking about doing a manual conversion for a while now, can I ask what zedworld charged you for the job? Did they supply all the parts or just do the work?
  13. Err can you just rewind a bit and tell us more about these runways you speak of lol. Where are these runways?
  14. private plate, standard appearance.
  15. Yeah even if I do just use it every day, It wont exactly kill me on fuel I suppose as I live pretty close to work, I live in Seaburn and work at Nissan... and now I think I'm starting to talk myself out of selling lol
  16. Saw a red one today in Silksworth, that'll likely be the same one.
  17. Yeah I'd forgotten you had an M3, realised shortly after you passed lol. Yeah I've put it up for sale on piston heads and the new jap-central. I've had it for 8 months although it's only just been out recently now that the winter is over, it moves off the driveway sometimes on a Sunday if I get a few hours free and the weather is fine, I took it to the fast show the other week and spent 160 quid on Vpower getting there and back ffs, that was a round trip of 430 mile! I don't even want to calculate my mpg's however thats never bothered me in the past, I think with the recent hiking up of fuel prices is making me take notice of my fuel guage, not good. After using my Primera or the qashqai (daily drivers) that run to the Pod and back really stung me in the arse pocket and p*ssed me off enough to put it up for sale. Ive got a kind of 'if it goes then it goes and if it dont then It don't' kind of attitude to it, I love the zed don't get me wrong, I love driving it around but I'm not looking forward to shelling out on fuel to take it to JAE and other events down that way. M3 looks nice btw.
  18. Not what I'd call a drifters car of choice, but I've seen a slicky drifting before, maybe the same one. I've also seen a Supra drifting at Silverstone, again it's not the usual weapon of choice for a drifter.
  19. It's free to advertise it on jap-central.com Nice car btw, you shouldn't have much trouble selling that.
  20. Check the gauge vacuum hose for kinks or splits. Why have you got two?
  21. It's only been there twice, once in October last year and once just last week. I usually use my Primera or Qashqai for work. Which ones yours? You fancy the Squires meet?
  22. See if you can find some better images on the net and photo-chop them onto your car.
