Same Happened to me when my matrix went the water coming out was cold as it was leaking into the chassis and pooling there

Hey Darren do you know if you can remove the recircs without removing the bumper?

That pipe is the drain for the air con. If you are 100% sure its coming from there then no problem I had a leak coming from that area and everyone told me it was the air con - but no it was the heater matrix!

the engine came with the ebay one on it, rodders ran it all ok but wondering if its worth changing it while its out, or leave it as some people have used em with no probs

cool, heard nothing but good things about them! heres my to do / things to remember list Check cam belt / timing Swap cam cover bolts egr removal (blanks already fitted) recirc removal, bumper off? aircon removal, aircon pump and rad etc swap coilpack and cam cover allen bolts check and fit new gearbox Swap almost new seals from old gearbox swap rps clutch, richbrook line, uprated pivot ball, fit new spigot bearing change downpipes and check turbos swap over aftermarket oil pressure sender ebay underdrive pully good enough? fit new water pipes to heater matrix swap insane oil cap swap dip stick fit engine reconnect det sensor (remove resistor) divorced downpipes + decats polish plenuim + throttle bodies chromed balance bar more mt90 gearbox oil millers engine oil fit clutch booster fit heater matrix fit koyo rad Make / get koyo rad brackets Fit c/f fan shoud, keep old good fan

yep slick pete and i did and 400 mile trip yesterday! combined with the shiney bits from mine it will be perrrrrfect not much to do to the engine, bit of polishing, some downpipes and I'm there!

t cut do black plastic trim polish - its great. did all the rubbers etc on the z, just done the bumpers on the vectra - no more grey!

parcel force are pretty bad. They just left my rps on the door step in full view of the street with no sig. I rang up and they said they dont get sigs (but confirmed it was insured for 500 quid)? i tried to claim once for a damaged item, they said they would send out a form, 10 days later still no form. rang up for another and they said i couldnt claim as was more than 28 days from date of posting!
