Considering buying one of these. Anyone got one? Can you tell me if it will connect to the z with the standard leads supplied, will it work with a chipped ecu and what can be monitored with it? Will it display air/fuel mixture? Thanks, Ed

First time i had mine out i ripped about 3 meters of wire out that was doing nothing!

Front pipes are coming off tomorrow and new stat going in! I found that the metal pipes at the rear were a little corroded, is it an engine out job to change them?

I agree when i had my rover i used to tail this v10 m5 about once a week, not cause i thought i could beat him, just wanted to see it let rip!

cool plate! I have been meaning to ring the dvla as i want a private plate on my z. The rule is that you cant make your car look newer by putting a newer plate on it but you can put an older one on. The dvla website says this goes on the date of registration not the date of manufacture as some cars sit around for a year on a forecourt before they are registered. Does this mean i can put a 2001 plate on my z that was registered in 2003?! as i can get ED51 ZED for like 600 quid!

Having a picky mot tester is not always a bad thing, if a testing station passed your car with rusty brake line and your brakes failed you'd be angry at them for not advising you of thier condition wouldnt you! I have an extra fog light in my rear bumper by the way!

Just got a phone call from the garage. They have fixed my exhaust but cant get behind the engine to fit a heater bypass. They also removed the glove box to have a look but they confimed the dash will have to come out. Grrr (again) Looks like im doing the bypass myself, can anyone help me by giving me some info/instructions on which pipes i need to join up. Thanks, Ed
