Well Dave i cant be sure but one thing was the rear tyres were so fookin wide,could not believe it,it looked well mean,two big pipes either side,wide ares kinda look(suppose there wide anyhow!)a very dark blue,huge alloys,prob 20inch,fookin monster,oooooh to win the lottery:D

Dual carriageway,coming back from todays journey,decided to head for A1 from sheffield,so there iam,not doing much on the new big empty by pass,passed grimthorpe colliery,XK8 looming,goes past out side lane,so car allthough a bit poorly as you know i decide well why not,straight road for 3 miles,dry weather,so i after him,this was harder,but caught him,then passed at 165:eek: ,stayed there for about 30 secs,then slowed ,the XK8 turned at roundabout me straight on,he had a face like thunder:D but it fookin shifted,i would like one to try out,well what a day,;)

:D Well i dont know much on the new BMW Z4,but this mornin(very early)got passed junc35 m1,what do i see coming like bat outa hell,mmm,me in outside passing a few,so,he gets behind starts to flas me(i fookin hate bad manners)so i tellmemate whos with me tighten your race belts,here we go,i pull into middle(this at 100mph so far)i let him go for about 100 yards,lure him into false sense,so hard down the Z drops a gear,and take off,he sees me coming a bit late(he now in centre lane)he tries but to no avail,i piss past him at 140,then me up to 150+then he starts to dissapear in me rear view,left him for dead,ha,was so rewarding:D About 2 miles later i slowed to 100 and he just stayed behind,like a scolded cat,bet he felt pissed,:D :D :D

Good one Mac,did not think of that,suppose 5mm spacers would help if upgrading calipers,even then may be too close,and i dont think going up to 10mm would be advisable:eek: ;)

As long as the clearance to calipers is around 2 or 3mm you are ok,but why not send em back they should of got it right:(

Yes mate,at the time i had no stuff to sort it with and the stone chips were realy bad,its still at Jeffs gathering dust:D

Clarkey,i did my bonnet over a couple of days to bring it up to look realy nice,still not 100% but you'never know,this was a bonnet that i got of Jeff some time ago that had been on a scrapper,was in a mess but better than the one i originaly had,same stuff was used,Finesse-it.;)

Your wellcome mate,i like a challenge:D now ya just got to clean rest of Z:p ,typical of a Z,trust mine to go and play up having your first run in it,any way,did the same going to work,and this mornin comeing home,so coverd all engine bay etc in service spray,went to bed,went to Northampton this afternoon and it was bloody great,just could not hold it back like,conclusion as i thought,when hosing it down yesterday with hose pipe i over did it some what,water must of got in through front bumper panel,down the side of the seals etc,coverd me twin cones in water,when i went out in it it must of took some water up into the MAF,upset it to much,i actualy made same mistake some months ago,but for got this time,will not use the hose again:( it does not help having thhe driveway at an upward angle,anyway see ya soon,hope you get sorted with yours,Tony;)

Very big in the USA,the guy who invented the idea(a french bloke)who owns the company was on Motors TV,it showed you about his wheel company and there new big big money spinner,the"Spinner",must be laughing all way to the bank,.Only in America.........:eek:

Been in touch with Mike Feeney(mjpauto)he has a supplier in the USA that can get the ALC 2 (new version,with shift lights and other tricks,apparently a big improvement on the ALC1)cost so far is £270+vat,if there are at least three wanting one he can get a better discount,he needs to know within a week,contact him at, mike@mjpauto.go-plus.net if interested,(i will be getting mine from him so only two or more peeps to get the cost down)a little info on HKS ALC2 here, http://www.z32.com/views.htm ;)

Hi Rich,wellcome to the mad house,another good idea would be to get along to one of the meets in the midlands area,theres one this weekend at Thorseby Hall,and the big one at Billing Aquadrome 26-27 july,then you could meet up and fire away with your questions,look around a few Zs,even go for a spin,i,m sure theres a few including myself who would not mind,,you would certainly get a good feel for what to look for etc,;)

Saw red one too sunday,me travelling to junc 16 M1 from Daventry at around 10.30,other travellimg to Daventry, just saw each other and both flashed,saw one at the pod(grey i think maybe black as the sunburn is affecting me memory)then when i got back home saw a black G plater parked near local corner shop,did 'nt see a red one mind on M1,;)
