Probs started with 80psi on No 6,(rear passenger side)then progresivly got worse,agree with you about the plenum in that area,think water injection should sort it a fair bit;) Tony

Mark,i take it that the fuel rail is all seperated etc,with just injectors to come out,if so i cant see how they will break,mind you i am knackerd so not quite with it:confused:

Remove the injector caps BUT DO NOT try and remove the injectors by pulling them out of the fuel rail. You will end up breaking the injector housing and risking damage to the fuel rail. Remove the fuel rail and then push the injectors out from the bottom;) Its best to re-install the fuel rail then install the injectors. Lightly coat the “O” rings with motor oil before installing. :)

A little trick that works with these pesky injector and coil connectors,get some super glue(i used the new brush on type)remove connector, run small amount of glue on inside sides of connector,and if needed small amount on other male connector,then push on, hold for a bit,job done,its not failed on mine yet and its easy to remove em still if needed,just pull and twist slightly,(i wonder if theres now going to be a rush on super glue sales:D ):) Get out there n start glueing lads n lass's;) Tony
