summer's here make sure your z dont suffer
One other thing, just to be safe against high temps in hot weather, try not to use aircon at very low speed or when idle in traffic,as engine working harder and temp increases, trust me overheating can result! Tony

Hi jack, when i was at Johns we were running out of time to set the EVC4 ,and me not remembering to take set up instructions with me it was best left alone(off)as you know ;) when you turned it on it fooking flys,so basicaly all you need to do is get to a good RR ,let them set it,and see how much boost you can achieve safley depending on fuel/det etc you will prob be ok upto 18psi,maybe more if you lucky, would think Johns allowed a fair bit to take more boost. But like i said to you before DO NOT play with the boost till you know how it will take it.Have a feelin its going to be realy realy rapid  Tony

Brakes problem doing my head in,,,
It may be just a case of the metal slips/shims between pads are rusty/dry,what i find helped in past is to remove pads and put some copper grease on them,or leave them off alltogether, worth a try. Tony :)

Dash Peel Help
Am i right i thinking the air vent pops out with a screwdriver popped under it,just that it will not budge, there seems to be about 4 clips along the inside area of the vent, are these stopping it.(drivin me nuts, dont want to snap the thing in half using to much force!) Tony

Ahah,thats why i ran 15sec quarter
its in saftey boost, did cross my mind after Santa Pod,no doubt det sensor.Took time out today to do few bits, and sussed out why the 80mm Greddy boost gauge not working,as i suspected Nissan had cut all the vac lines to it when engine went back in,had a right game checking it all, even wheel off to get to pipe behind splash guards, suppose they would not connect it up to aftermarket bits, and as the Greddy gauge is in bar i fitted extra gauge in psi, allthough the stock uk gauge in clocks shows +14 its sure not,its 5-6psi,crock of crap Nissan gauges sure are  knew this car felt slower than when i first had it. So anyways, got a boost controller coming, and few other bits. Now back outside to do dash peel :( love these cars :D Tony
