On a 270 degree bearing your stock turbo"s lifespan will be severly reduced at anything above 15 psi it is not only a fuelling issue, there is also the issue of charge temp when using the older design of garrett turbo. All these things are about risk and if you can afford to experiment or run your zed into the ground go for it.

Don't know what turbos you are running but you do not want to run 16psi on stock turbos!

RLTC can't deal with lateral movement, since it was wet your wheels could be locked and they would not be spinning.

Sorry guys we are victims of our own success, we are tied up at the moment either doing high bhp projects for people or repairing other garages bodge jobs. We have made a mistake in taking on too many project cars and have little time for doing servicing work at the moment, we are rectifying this situation as we speak and will probably in the future only do one or two project cars a year, so we can concentrate on keeping the majority of zed owners happy. :)

Just for future reference the diameter of the hole feeding the turbos is crucial to their operation and drilling it out as the others said is not recommended, always replace with new oil lines. For future reference. Castrol GTX and Magnatec are not what I would use in a zed, they are more prone to blocking oil feeds as they are not fully synthetic, use only fully synthetic oil.

Different air temps will cause different boost levels!
