Bit hard to see the colour of the smoke? When did you last change your pcv valves? Is the car using any of its fluids? Have you overfilled or what type/viscosity of oil do you use?

The K+N filter is meant to very good and made by the same people as the excellent Mobil1 filter(very difficult to find for the zed), it will probably the next filter I buy for mine!

Cheers mate, they are the two bolts that bolt down the balance bar nearest the battery, if they happen to have a couple of upgraded turbos attached don't worry unbolting them :D

BTW I am after a couple of bolts from the balance bar,if anyone has spares can you bring them with you please?
