Take off the PTU connectors and clean, also the plug connectors, have a wiggle on the wiring going to each fuel injector as well see if it misfires then.

I believe the auto rads have pipework to cool the autobox integrated in the rad! James you can have a manual rad as you have a separate oil cooler for the autobox!
