Woohhoooo well done mate, pleased for ya! By the way, if it was flooded the spark plugs never really recover, the trace of petrol on them leaves tracking marks for them to ground to earth after, it might be advisable to get a new set! I also think the temp sender unit deteriorates gradually over the course of time, I think it can be advisable to get a new one, it is one of the most important sensors on the car.

The cylinders could be flooded, take the fuel pump fuse out turn it over a few times. Have you actually swapped the ptu for a known good one yet?

I must admit there is nothing special about the zed clutch, unless you go for an uprated one, most places can fit them as they the same as the majority of clutches!
