It could be air in your system, if there has been no work done lately on your clutch, the usual culprit is a leaky slave cylinder. pull the rubber back on the slave cylinder and if it is damp then it needs replacing and the system needs bleeding!

There are 5.1's that you can mix with 3 or 4, I think mixing anything with a 5 is a no no, but again with all these fluids it is best to read the bottle and make sure it is compatible with what you have in there!

Hello matey, Ask on TTnet to see if anyone has removed the egr in situ, I have not heard of it being done. The PRVR adjusts fuel pressure according to the fuel temp, it quite often malfunctions and can make you engine run lean and go bang :slap: The turbo bypass removes the heating to the throttle bodies and the plenum, to avoid the throttle bodies freezing open when V cold, pretty redundant when you consider all the dough we spend on cooling the charge air, there are several write ups on how to do it on ttnet. I don't think it would make too much of a difference doing the man conv with the plenum in place, but it is always nice to have more room.

I like Champion oil filters, they usually come out well on tests for flow versus filtration C109 is the correct filter BTW.

Why don't you talk to andy duff he has the same turbos as you, five bolt split downpipes are available from here! An alternative that is virtually identical performance wise but without any reprted problems is the JWT 530 turbo, a little bit more expensive though :(
