What benifits will I get by removing the AIV system.

I am after the samco purple hoses, I have ordered some 3mm but it will take about a month to get to me.

This sounds like the rod is at fault, I would have checked bearing clearance on the big ends before building the engine. Also if that jeurnal (bad spelling, sorry) was well and truely done for then the grinder may have gone just that little bit too far to take out any damage and this will cause low pressure on that jaurnal, (I still can't spell that word) I have also known too much oil pressure to knock out bearings, but that is very unlikely.

Well I think I found my boost leak last night which pleased me as I'm about to fit a boost gauge. What I need to know is do I still need the boost sensor if I'm not going to use the factory boost gauge. Next question is, I have a swoosh boost gauge and the instructions don't state which wire is live and nuetral, black or white, anyone know? Cheers Scrawn.

I have to say the sending off was IMO just a culmination of a tense and hard tackling game, but still an over reaction. The penalty was unjust. If you look the Italian player saw an opperunity and swerved back towards the Aussie and left his leg dragging, that to me needs a sendinf off in its self but then I'm not a ref. I only saw the highlights as I was at work and as much as I hate to say it, it looked all Italy, even with ten men.
