  1. Oh well, you might as well give it to me then :)
  2. What I want ot know is when you fit the bar in place of the rack whats to stop the wheels having movement from the ball joints, or can you replace them with solid items. Cheers, Scrawn.
  3. Hey mate, the first thing I would do is pull it apart to see why the belt stripped. It might have just let go on a weak tooth, siezed a cam or water pump or anything. Then I would have the heads off to see how much if any damage has been done, price it all up and then decide if you want to give it to me :p It might not cost too much to do, where as replacing the car even after breaking it might cost more. Later, Scrawn.
  4. I've never heard a kiwi say anything, but they do taste good especialy the golden ones, and are full of vitamen c :p
  5. Hi Si, Listen mate I don't want to say your man is wrong or anything but not changing the shells is suicidal. They may look good and have no wear marks on them but they are made of soft metal and take a bashing from the up and down forces of the con rods, this can and probably will distort the shape in some way and can cause low oil pressure and incorrect fitting within the jerenals (bad spelling). You should really replace them and check the crank to shell clearance to make sure things are ok before rebuild. Reusing pistons I can deal with as long as the bore is not oval or tappered too much, but then you should check the thrust side of the bore and be careful. I deal with 60 litre V16 engines with 8 turbos and 3000bhp and I know the Zed is not that size, but an engine is an engine and are all subject to the same type of stress, and when the boost kicks in it is not a gentle thing on any engine. rant over and not my business and all but good luck and I hope you prove me wrong. Scrawni.
  6. I think I just caught on to what you are trying to say, cheeky bugga. Man I'm slower than a shorty N/A :p

  8. My main concern is that the Zed is too small to fit a weekends supply of piss in the back. So what I need to know is, 1. Can I get fresh piss near by 2. Can I get ice near by, as warm piss just tastes like well piss realy.
  9. 16. Well thats not entirely true, I've been for a cruise since. But while admiring my psychic, err body, I noticed that my whole right shoulder and arm was redder than my left. I had to laugh when I realised its me 'T' top being off all weekend that caused it. Who else has this, shall we call it the Zed 'T' top syndrome. Scrawn.
