Turbo Boost Controller
Simmo, 1- Good idea ;) but don't go mad with the boost (keep it under 11 psi or so) - otherwise your engine will go 'BANG' , unless you have a remapped ECU. No, you only need the one boost controller 2- You will get equal boost off both turbos anyway. If you look towards the back of your engine, on top, you will see a pipe linking both banks of the engine. This "balance bar" does exactly that. 3- Paperweight - as a temporary measure until the boost controller is fitted :) Dave

Bliz wheel care
I know a few of you out there have a set, so can you please help me out? I've heard all sorts of stories eg "you only have to sneeze and they will be scratched" So what do you use to clean them (ie water/specialist cleaner/fresh urine) and how (ie sponge/rag/wife's old knickers :D etc) Cheerz Dave

De-catted and boost leak fixed
Been a busy few days for my z lately; wheels, tyres and strut brace over the weekend. Today I went to see PhilZ at C&S Wood for an MOT and a de-cat. He also fixed my boost leak that has been "doing me head in" for months  The culprit was the pipe from the wastgate of the passenger side turbo:- The car boosts much, much better than before and the exhaust now has a deeper sound  I even got round to fitting the aerial I bought off Ajay when I got home  now I know how to use a "socket set" Dave

Handling
Today, I thought I'd throw my Z around a few 'twisties' - to be honest I'm a bit of a 'shit-house' on the twistier stuff (after an encounter on a wet roundabout in a Supra many years ago  ) Anyway, after going to 18's and the fitting of a front strut-brace this weekend, following on from the installation of poly tension rod bushings a couple of weeks ago, I cannot believe the difference in the way the car feels. I feel now that I can enter any corner at a 'slightly more than sensible speed' and exit in one piece. I know the term 'runs on rails' is a hackneyed and over-used expression. But stick a 'Railtrack' logo on the side of my zed and I'll happily wear a station masters hat - woowoo :D Seriously, I found that the poly bushes made the biggest improvement in handling and I would recommend this mod to anyone. Just thought I'd share! ;) Dave

Freeloading
Agreed Nigel, after all, what's £20? Just over 1/4 tank of petrol 3 Autoglym products 1/5 of a decent set of brake pads 5% of the price of a boost controller etc etc etc Dave

WTF is this Supra?????
A waste of what was probably a very nice MKIII in the first place  These are of "sentimental value" to me ;) Dave
