I got a couple of Autometer gauges through the post today; a boost gauge and an oil pressure gauge - both are mechanical. I was wondering if anyone had any installation tips for these? Cheerz, Dave

Thanks Martin, mine started smoking about a week after the decat. The smoking occurrs after idling for about a minute - being stuck at traffic lights can be embarrassing :rolleyes: but it doesn't happen every day for some reason. I've already been in touch with Smithy for prices :cool: my 'Z fund' is still in shock after getting new wheels/tyres, so it could be a while before I'll be upgrading the turbos. But I'll definitely get the PCV's done first, might as well start with the "cheap" attempts to fix the prolem first :rolleyes: Sorry if I appear to have 'hijacked" your thread ;) Dave

Yesterday was my first time thorugh the Mersey tunnel since the de-cat. Floored it in 2nd - BAWAHHHHHGHHHHH!!!! :D It woke that 911 driver up anyway ;) Dave

Series 2 has: Manual override fan switch instead of ambient temp display on the heating pod. Suede-look trim on glaovebox/lower door panels intead of 'dogtooth pattern' carpet A precat on the passenger side downpipe :D Get rid of these pesky moggies, you'll notice a big difference ;) Dave
