I ain't talking to you anymore Paul:mac1:

Living on the IOM means that you don't really get to do more than 4k miles a year anyway! LOL

Cheeky git, it's just that no one really steals cars over here, when they do it's usually to get home after a night out and the cops generally arrest the person inside the house that the car has been left outside after being nicked

Seroiusly though 4 cars nicked last year and 3 were by the same bloke (Polish)

Me and my dad have a traders policy, its £1000 between us. I pay £700 of it a year, and i'm more than happy to, as it would cost me a fortune any other way as i'm 21. And obviously i can drive any car i fancy :D :nana2:

My ZX costs under £300 to insure FC as a second car on a classic policy (Lynbrooks); agreed value and 4k miles p/a. I have of declared the mods but they are only minor - wheels/exhaust/filter and 99-spec front.

My daily drive - a 2006 Merc SLK350 tiptronic - is currently only £300 p/a FC; max NCB and unlimited miles. Not bad for a group 18, high-ish value car!!

The SLK is on "Multi-car" policy with Admiral - I have also insured the Rav (a 2002 2.0 NRG) but with Julia as the main driver. She also has max NCB and that costs about £275 IIRC.

I'm 38 and Julia is 33, we have clean licences and live in a fairly low crime rated area. The Z is garaged and the SLK/Rav are on the drive.

Richard:)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Just had a little thought, if you post your insurance company name and then people in your region will know who to ring for a possible good quote?

£285, Fully Comp, alloys declared,Protected NCB, having the wife on the policy made it cheaper, parked on drive overnight, from Admiral
