Contrary to you belief I have indeed been inside a Soarer - albeit some considerable time ago. I can't see how you can compare the comfy but boring interior of one to the sweeping immersion of the Supra or the high-tech cockpit of a 300. My company Mondeo looked more interesting.

 

But cheap recycled insults? Come on Iain, I expect better than that - I think you've used that one in every discussion with me to date. I'll wait to continue this until you add some originality to your repertoire.

Tell you what Iain, if your car is that fast, get it up to Pod and do some runs. Theres a big group of Jap cars going on the 26th May (thats tomorrow...), but theres RWYB sessions on a regular basis.

 

When you run a low 12 at Pod, on normal road tyres, then I will take back everything I have said about the Soarer. BTW, I ran a 12.9 at Pod with my 'stroked' soarer engine on stock turbos and fueling...surely you must be able to do better with your turbos that spool from 1800rpm and your excellent driving skills.

 

Let us know when you plan on going up, Im sure we can raise a crowd for such an event....if it ever happens.

And yeah where is this fancy interior and the time slip, because those times for a car with an interior and a shape like that (reminicant of the 60s style batmobile without the cool wings) are very hard to believe.

 

And why is it the Supra gets all the great write ups in every car mag aroud the world while 99% of anyone has never even heard of a soarer(thank god for that).
