Could it be an M reg, pants-grey Ford Granada Saloon with rusty wheel arches, something that masquerades as an 'auto-box' and a ride like a wet bath sponge??

Can anyone beat that for total contrast to their zed?

faded sky blue 1989 fiat panda 750cc  with duck tape holding up the passenger window cos the winding mechanism has broken, and covered in dents and rust.

i honestly can't see any one beating that, if you've got a worse car i feel for you! :D :D :D

1.1 f reg fiesta converted to a van with a hammer & spray paint, been hit twice & broken into once! FFS!!! Bought of another members wife ;)

it starts, it goes, its cheep :D (SWEET)

NO NO NO !!! forget those its has to be my G reg golf gti 16v.

Its got red faded paint has 1 speaker that dangles of the rear shelf.

The alloys scrape the arches on every bump. It cuts out every time u stop. Takes 4 hours to start in the morning. When u try to put your foot down it used to just rev all the way up and not go way anywhere but iv got that fixed now.

But dont worry its gonna be replaced with a pulsar or scooby in the next year hopefully. Now when that happens ill be asking which nova boy wants a race hehehehe :D :D :D

Fas

p.s. forgot to mention its all rusted and has this gluey substance all over the car that wont come off even with brillo pads and NO its not spunk

L red 1.2 Corsa.

No power at all. But does over twice as much MPG.

Stuart

my misses drives when not in the z

thats got to beat you all.

I win!

988cc E reg Micra - crap compared to a Z, but will have to do until I finish saving up for one (I think about another year and 3/4 months of saving)!

Blown Engine up, written it off twice but have been flashed over 150 times at least (until my ticket last year) and still manages to hit a ton everyday. I love the A3 !!:D

If you have way too much time on your hands:

those were only the problems up to about 2001  !!

my, my. That IS a beautiful machine! luminous snot ranks up there with ford 'metallic' dull grey.

My daily drive does about 7mpg at the moment and is in dire need of attention. It's rusting away in a couple of places but at least it has a couple of turbo chargers tucked away somewhere.

sorry 1.8 vauxhall astra AUTOMATIC ~~~> sobs in humiliation at only having 2 peddles

1.8 glx sierra K reg, its a fukin minter tho, its just me winter car whilst the Z is tucked up nice and warm.

Good to drive a car u dont give a F$$$ about tho!!

I got a brand new Astra Coupe Turbo, It might even give the Z a run for its money. Does 34mpg to!!!!

LOL - I am flying in the case of common sense here ...

- Being of abnormally low intelligence, I've got a daily driver that does even less MPG than the Z

It's a 4 litre Jeep Cherokee .. good relationship with your local petrol supplier guaranteed! :D

Dead handy for my fishing gear though, and being able to drive right up to where you wanna set up too! :D

CheerZ,

JB.

lurvly G reg white nissan micra, with brown interior, electric nothing, 4 speed, with dodgy 3rd, saisho cassette player that only tunes to 1 station and chews tapes up, 1 speaker, no passenger side wing mirror, 4 bald tires, but does do about 45 mpg,

it also makes me appreciate the zed even more tho when i get back in it.

Mine's a lovly metallic brown/burgandy J reg Audi 80 auto, it's done 125'000 + miles, the temp gauge doesn't work, the fuel gauge doesn't work, The blower control is stuck on feet, About 35MPG, fetching brown cloth interior, A CD player the has broken and has dido stuck in it, ariel broken, 14" BBS alloys, some canadian tyre's, the tappets tick constantly and the ignition barrel has fell to piece's.

But she cost £400 and had 12 MOT on her.:D

Just hope she gets me through the winter.

Rich

this used to be my daily driver

23ton unladen.

Fookin long with an artic on the hook...

not any more tho :D

Probably less MPG than the Z! :D

Have just spent the past week driving an Alfa 156 2.0 T.Spark - not a bad car at all but it made me drive soooooooo sensibly because it just wasn't physically possibly to overtake in all my 'normal' places.

Anyway, back in the Zed this morning and for a few seconds I thought the clutch servo had packed up, there's no travel in the clutch or throttle, the steering is heavy and what's that bloody exhaust racket - then of course I realised I was back in a proper car .... happy again (even if the MOT has run out and I have to replace a shock (or two) this evening to get it through).

steering heavy??? on a zed? My steering seems SO light i go all over the road when I sneeze. Mind you I havn't got loads of experience with a lot of different cars.
