Ironically it's names the same as my daughter who was born this year also. Be an easy one to remember, although its forecast to be a wet fart here.

Good luck, hope it has blown itself out by the time it reaches shore.

Hope alls well mate and the storm passes without to much Damage Gaz

Stay safe! I'm in West Wales at the moment and the skies look very odd. Reminds of the skies just before a huge storm cell/tornado in the Midwestern US.

Not sure if its related but its really warm here in Bomsgrove, super cloudy and dark with a strange orange glow around the sun...almost eclipsy...never seen anything like it tbh.

Warm air is being pushed up by the storm Steve and the south and east of England will have a nice day.

Safe safe buddy, stock up and speak when you have come through it.

stay safe people, yellow sky and red sun over my way, really trippy like the end of the world looks a scene out of mad max

Drove back to Dublin from the Midlands around noon, winds of up to 40km/h at the time. Could've done with a spoiler :helpsmilie:

Not great here, I’ve had the fascia ripped off the front and tiles pulled off the roof. A lady in Waterford died when a tree fell on her car, I took an FM from work but mrs had to go in only to be told to go home at 1pm, just when the weather was getting really bad. It was quite scary driving in to collect her, branches being blown through the air! There’s muppets going out in it to have a look endangering frontline staff who then have to go out to rescue them!!! WTF!! People looking to go kite surfing!! People looking to go swimming!! I’d leave them there, play stupid games, win stupid prizes!

Indeed it is Gary - very warm (21°C), clear sunny skies and somewhat blustery here - rather pleasant really for the time of year.

Well big change here since this noon. Temperature has dropped to 17°C , some very angry looking clouds rapidly passing through, no sun now and at

times a surreal pink light (bit like a partial eclipse). Gusts a bit stonger than earlier.
