It’s not actually me that owns the 300zx it’s my father in law to be. He has an 1989 300zx fairlady in red. In vgc.

 

But I’m after some help? He loves his 300zx it’s his pride and joy. Next year is his 80th birthday, and conveniently myself and his daughter are planning to get married on his birthday.

 

We were thinking that it would be great if a few of the cars could come and have a mini meet and maybe even a convoy to the church when he drives his daughter?

 

He lives in Beaumaris North Wales and that’s where the wedding would be. So not expecting people to travel hundreds of miles. Just some locals would be awesome. I know it’s a bit cheeky as my first post, but hey if you don’t ask you don’t get and he would be made up!

Haha, I've seen the car, on the left as you drive into the high street, I've seen him out polishing it. I'm at RAF Valley, let me know in good time, I'll be there :)

21st October next year is the planned date. It’s a Sunday.

 

Yes it is the red one on the left as you go into the high street. He absolutely loves the motor. We just managed to get him a red die cast model off eBay as well.

 

I think he would be so pleased.

Must be the same one. I can still remember having a look round it. It was parked on the seafront but over the road if that makes sense.

Thanks everyone I know it’s a year away, but would be nice to get something going for him. I would get him to join here but then he will see what I’m trying to arrange !

i saw his car, and him out polishing it, around Easter time too when i was on a bike tour over there. haha, it is in a prominent position when you travel along there after all... :thumbup:

Its always the case of your the last one to get a parking space and squeeze into a space and later everyone buggers off and make you look like a **** who can't park.

Hi Ashley, keep us all in the loop, i would be happy top join the convey for this day, sounds great mate. Any excuse to get out and about in the Zed ;-)

That is the Zed as pictured next to the Hyundai. He absolutely loves it. The only thing needs doing really is to change the stereo as it has an old minidisc unit that’s not been put in very well and he only has one minidisc on.

Unfortunately he doesn’t get to drive it too much, but he tried when he can. Sometimes just up the high street is enough for him.

 

Unfortunately the Hyundai and the river pictured are both his.

 

Seriously made up by the friendliness in the group will keep you posted as it’s next year but thanks again.
