Hi folks, can anyone help me here.. Any ideas where the fuel pump ecu is located on a TT 2+2?

I read that on the swb it's under a flat cloth tray in the centre but I'm struggling to understand exactly where that would be.. Lol

Under the spare wheel in the boot, there's a little access panel (4 screws), if you remove that you see the fuel hoses going into the top of the tank and the fuel pump which is mounted inside the tank.

Once you have access to that, climb into the tank and using a large hole cutter, cut a hole in the forward left hand side of the tank (aft looking forward) and once you have penetrated through, angle the cutter slightly upwards and keep pushing/cutting (keeping slightly to the left) until you reach a seat belt strap. At this point stop and reach your hand through the hole, you should be able to touch the fuel pump ecu.

Pop your specks on and read the question again Joel

Sorry for any wrong information here, but my z doesn't have this unit in this position, it has a unit behind the kick panel next to the throttle marked pump control unit..... Because it's NA maybe?

Well mine definitely doesn't have the one Andrew posted, I've had that panel off a few times.

So many wrong answers! Well done Andrew for getting it right!

Still wrong, guy is asking about a swb, so to left of back seat is kind of not correct ! lol

Found my head twisting to one side for a minute too, you'd have heard the clunk of the penny dropping lol

The part I really find amusing Joely, is that I think these guys haven't spotted that you gave 100% accurate location advice..

Also in a bloody hilarious fashion!

High five for that Joely
