Stripped the front of the engine today and started with getting all the cam-belt pulleys off,

Then I made the rookie mistake in thinking that how could there be any water left in the block,

 

Just as I thought this might not be a great idea I took the last bolt out the water pump and wacked it with a mallet.

 

The result was two fold, I successfully got the pump off aswell as drain the block straight onto the floor :(.

I'll be ordering up a full belt kit, water pump and new tensioner so that its all done.

Could be worse bud, I nearly went through the back of a Porsche with my water pump :whistling: Nice work, lots happening here.

The moment i was dreading has arrived.

 

Looks like my calulations are ok and the new alloys and tyres fit perfectly flush.

 

After the respray i'll fit the coilovers to bring the ride height down.

The current wheel position is realativly immaterial, soon as you drop it on the floor and it compresses it will all change. Also the lower you go, retaining correct camber the closer toward the body the wheel will become. I lost about 10-15mm dropping mine 2".

Still a few other bits not shown on that table as I couldn't fit it all in.
