Seems they won't allow a single night visit this time around...

Was that via the online facility? Many times, it's a case of "computer says no" but I phoned to book - although granted, they might have changed their policy since last year.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Sorry for the delay guys, but snowed under at present.

Meet point will be as suspected the Applemore Tesco. I will set this in stone this week.

Payment can be paid either online in advance or in cash on the gate.

Is the price £10 per adult this year? I'm sure last year it was per car with up to 4 people in the car?

I'm not sure when or if it changed but I think you may be right. However last year it was the same price as this.

£10 per adult

£5 per child

These prices are for us as exihibitors, showing a Japanese car. If you were to turn up in a Vauxhall as a normal visitor your looking at £24 for an adult, a family ticket is £64. So quite a serious saving.

Hi Steve, thought I couldn't do this because of the earlier date this year but am now free and providing she passes the MoT next week I will come along with my brother and friend. So hopefully three more 300zx if there's room.

Right, a slight change this year so pay attention haha.

The show ground is now open for display vehicles from 8am via a separate entrance, this is located on the B3054 on the other side of the village. Sign posted "simply Japanese additional parking". We are required to be on site in position by 9.30am. We are required to display a vehicle club pass, I haven't got these yet myself but once I do they will be coming to you.

Now this change may effect the convoy we've traditionally had from Tesco at Applemore because of timing. What I'm suggesting is that many of you won't want to get up and be ready to leave Tesco by 8-8.30. So that's a question, do we still want this? Maybe it will reduce its size. So I'm looking for feed back on this.

Lastly an early warning, especially to first timers to the event and area. The New Forest is a national park, as such there's a lot of wide life and live stock. There's a blanket speed limit, pretty much, of 40mph which is enforced. Should a cow or a pony, which roam freely around the park walk out in front of you your responsible. That includes the animals treatment or euthanasia and reimbursement to its owner. So don't be a wally. End lecture.

Further updates will be coming over the coming weeks and il try to get back to everyone's questions. It's promising to be a great day out in a great place.

Meh, I'll do it. 8.30 is hardly early. I'd leave at 6.30-7 from Glastonbury. I guess there are folks coming from further afield though.....

I agree, il probably go for a run first  but yeah for those traveling and those who don't do morning....

I got caught on the way to the event in 2013 going from a 40 to a 30 in a nearby village (at 8am on a Sunday morning!) So, what Stephen says is bloody true. Just slow it in the New Forest! I didn't see the van, I just got the ticket six weeks later and had to do the day long "driver awareness" course. I obviously wasn't aware of the sneaky camera van! Probably because it was hidden I reckon!

Stephen - can you please add me to the list? I would like to attend this year, albeit I will be the slow fker doing 20mph everywhere!

Take me out of the list please - there's absolutely no way at all I can afford this, sadly. :(

In fairness to you mate the speed change in the village (Cadnam) is really badly displayed, I know I've missed it a few times. Historically it was a 40 too, so the sat nav may not even ping it up. Just be glad you were caught in Hampshire though as its twice the fine in Dorset.

It's a long old trip for you matey. Maybe next year.

It's partly with it being so close to the Coventry meet and partly the fact that my Zed's off to Bristol early in August too - it's just too much expenditure to manage all three, sadly.

It's sadly not a cheap hobby the Z. I'm in a similar boat, she's gotta some time off work so we're down a pay cheque, I'm in Cologne next weekend, then simply the following and then I'm off to my parents for a week to stay on the farm, ferry tickets are a rip. Looks like my shit bonnet and wheels are going to have to wait.

I'm hoping to recreate this, I accept it won't all be in the same colour;

Make it as close to a colour transition as possible

We generally get all of them, the one you get the least of is the z31. Last year I think we had no Z31s.

I was going to be turning up in a fully-repaired red TT codenamed The Red Devil, however as that plan has failed, ill be there in my black NA (which is slowly turning red due to paint loss!). My wife might be coming, not sure yet. My friend will be joining us like last year too!

1990 Black MT NA LWB = 2014 - 2020 (Sold)

1991 Red MT TT LWB = 2015 - 2017 (Stripped & Scrapped)

1991 Red MT TT LWB = 2017 - 2021 (Sold)

1991 Black MT TT LWB = 2018 - 2021 (Sold)

1989 Red AT TT LWB = 2021 - XXXX (Kept)
