These bad boys turned up this week from the States - 62mm billet throttle bodies designed and manufactured by Robert Bastian.

They are fully CNC machined from billet aluminium and are beautifully made. They have proper shaft seals (no leaks under boost)

and the butterflies are a perfect fit when closed. They need the return springs and stops transferred from OEM throttle bodies and

the intake manifold will need porting to the larger 62mm bore. They will be installed along with AshSpec SMICs and 2.5" IC pipe

work in due course.

sorry just found the gaskets. i know its best t0 ugrade all the pipe work to 2.5, but is that a way of keep the stock pipe work for now and just changing the the 2 top throttle body pipes ? so you can use the bigger throttle body with the oem pipe work

You will need to transfer the spindle parts from stock throttle bodies (plus the new replacement parts that come with

the kit from CZP). Picture below shows what's involved.

You will need to remove the plenum material you can see in the picture to match the new 62mm diameter.

There is really no benefit in having 62mm TB's with stock pipework as they are the finishing elements to a complete

2.5" intake system and 2.5" IC's.
