Canadian. Looks like a British Columbia license plate. Can't say I've seen it before. Not a fan of the spoiler arrangement, but the rest of it looks nice. RHD too; north America or rather the USA only got the slicktop in NA format only. This is probably a TT since it's a JDM import.

 

Importing non domestic cars to the US under 25 years old is a mission. Canada has a 15 year law....importing cars from Canada to the US is pretty straight forward. Quite a few RHD Z32s in Canada.

Maybe ebay air filters, I think the quality of the photos really good, cars quite nice I like it apart from the filters on display
