Well here she is :) I've had a proper good look inside and out today and can say shes a beauty!!! Love them or hate them they are a cracking car for the money. Everything works minus the electric ariel, the seats are not only electric back and fourth but they also squeeze you in on the bolsters and even the lower back part! Air con/ climate control is awesome compared to the zed and it drives really well, very comfy but does feel heavy! even though I threw it around today in the wet and held grip fantastically

I was just about to say I can't see the vid and then you posted.... looks a lot of car and well presented, not sure about the headlight covers but all in all very nice Daz, though thet engine doesn't have the same V6 lament of the 300zx!

 

I also have to confess trying to crane my neck to get more shots of your Zed.....sooo nice mate.

Looks nice mate. I always liked the pop up headlights on the slightly older ones

CheerZ Guys! Yeh agree! the pop up lights are a lot nicer on the older model and the new lights are horrible!! it look`s like they are a diy mod and someone has sprayed inside the glass, but its infact the factory finish, Very poor!!! Its quite slow too! very lazy but did surprise me today when I flung it into a few corners!!

The engine looks so much bigger. The vg30 minus it's plenum is tiny, the rocker covers of that look jumbo.

Looks great Daz. Clean example and a great daily hack (which I think is what you said you were using it for). Not sure the black wheels do it any favours, but the paint looks good and it looks straight. I am sure I saw clear indicators somewhere for the front of those.

I like it, have to confess to being a fan of the GTO/3000GT, is it the twin turbo? and its a bit different from the 300zx for being 4WD

Both DSMs are available over there. The Stealth was available in a much lower spec, but the R/T is basically the same as the Twin Turbo model.

Its a N/A Auto with cloth seat :( so the lowest spec of them all.. well nearly! it has four wheel/all wheel drive and thats primarily why I bought it. My Zeds are too good for that nasty winter salt, so this will be some fun, and at the price I paid I`m sure it will be worth that for a while unless I prang it lol

 

Thanks for the nice comments guys! I`m not really a red car fan, but beggars cant be choosers. Its definitely growing on me ,and this morning I had that new car feeling when I had to look out the window and check her out hahaha

The 4 wheel drive works pretty well in the snow. But don't push it to far, it will let go!

The engine does look huge!! but funnily enough there appears more room in the dreaded engine bay than the zed :) the engine sounds very sweet and has a nice rumble when tootling along, the gear box is so smooth too, I fancy a VR4 now :)
