i could use those in designing of my led rear light units or at least the outside measurements drawn on a peace of card/.

You asked and I don't like them at all. They don't match the rear panels on the car at all and worst still, they remind me of the lights from an Austin Montego. Very dated looking indeed. Sorry dude.:(

I thought that I had seen that style of rear light before, for my sins, I had one of these in the Eighties :blushing:

I remember those! The world's loudest timing gear those engines had. Didn't these cars have ginger upholstery? The bumpers always faded to the colour of biege dog poo. You never see biege dog poo anymore.

I reckon the lights are more Austin Montego-ish.

I' ll give you that one Si, I had no dealings with Montegos, so It didn't come to memory, unlike the Alpine - and yes the colour combinations

of the interior were something to behold ( like a lot of late Seventies and Eighties cars) and yes the bumpers faded something terrible.

Very rare, thank god! Each to their own but I think they are awful!

They don't suit the zeds smooth lines, they look dated and should have been left on the mk3 escort they probably fell off.

PMSL, these guys are so easy to wind up......Guy's I really wouldn't put these on my Zed so breathe easy. This came in the boot of the car being broken at the moment, the black one, mine is silver!!! Wish the other side had been there though because they are very rare indeed and I think some Yank may have bought them for some silly price.....lol. They are made by Lonza and a quick Google search shows their rarity.

Well they are rare for a reason lols.eww ford capri rear window blind comes to mind

I don't mind it, the colour matches the Perspex strip, although looks odd next to the centre panel, but they're different.

I'd take them over the amber ones. but not over 99's or any other smoked or clear lens. just sumat you don't see every day.

Guess it's a matter of personal taste. I would have them over standard but not over 99 spec, as you have said buddy

I just wouldn't have them

Would you like to borrow it to get what you want made bud? You are welcome to use it if it helps, but only have the one side.

What's happening with this impul car?

The Impul car is being broken bud, it was just too far gone to economically put it back on the road. Anything you want?

I always fancied a Merc, one of the few cars I have never actually owned.....pmsl.

Ive owned a few mercs and love em.Wouldnt have any of the newer 1s though.just rubbish now with reliability probs from 1997 onwards.

Nope. Can't see those being better than stock. Stock are fine, just a little dated, these however, these about as ugly as the smell of cat turd.

There's a very valid reason you don't see 'em about Steve....and that's likely to be the same reason why you don't see Susan Boyle modelling bikinis for Yves Saint Lorrent. ;)
