Finally got my car back today thanks to the expert guidance from Powerzed..

The car sounds awesome and growls like a huge beasty and its still on limited boost thanks to Noel being a big dirty spoil sport..

I thought PowerZed just did Engine rebuilds but that Myth has been well and truly smashed, Jimmer does everything.

Ive got a couple of bits to sort and break the engine in and then of for its remap at TurboNoz

Id like to publicly say a huge thanks to Jim and Noel.

Ive asked daft questions, changed my mind added a few curve balls and nothing was too much trouble for Jim..

And with Noel lurking in the background offering me tips and guidance Ive been well looked after..

Massive thanks Jim... Drove back with the most enormous grin on my face, any body looking in would have assumed I was getting a blowjob.. lmao

Excellent news Kev, bet she's gonna fly after all that work

Top news, this! Guess I'd better get some seats sorted out for you soon, eh...??

excellent, you couldn't ask for a better combination.

What's all this break-in business though, just get yourself over to Noel's!

So what was done to the engine ?

Forged Engine from bearings upwards, injectors, tubs, air filter, fmic, ams manifolds, testpipes, downpipes etc..

brake upgrage and a few other checks.

oh, fmic fitted as well..

cant remember the full list... hoping to make 450 as Im too old and dont have the skills to handle that let alone anymore... lol..

Darn it, one of the hardpipes has snapped at the weld where the BOV's go.. typical.. lol.. ill have to get them welded, plastocoted black rather than chrome..

what I can say is they were brand new Z1 hardpipes with T clamps, not cheap, but the build quality is.. anyone looking to do this mod, buy the uk pipes and get them polished, chromed or whatever and buy the silicon fittings seperate.

will be cheaper and better quality..

Congratulations, jimmer a top bloke. A genuine expert and credit to the zed community.

Yup - seconded.... Nice work Jimmer - as ever mate....

Richard:thumbup:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
