OK, it's a bit tongue in cheek, this; and I'm not casting any aspersions......

....But the last two days I have taken the afternoons off work (as holiday, before anyone asks) and, whilst sitting in the garden, I have been breaking in our new net-book mini-PC by browsing the forum whilst sunning myself.

And I am amazed by the number of members also online during the day!! Sure, I know a lot of people work from home, work shifts, or just have their work PC connected to the forum. Or perhaps you are just on leave like me?

whatever the reason, I am pleased you chose to spend your time browsing with me; cold beer, anyone....?

Richard:wink::lol:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

i always log on to the forum, my ebay and my hotmail as soon as i get to work.

not supposed to use the internet at work but what they don't know doesnt hurt them or me as long as i always remember to delete my history before i go home :)

iPhone Richard, instead of fag breaks il spend a minute or 5 browsing the forum. I think many do the same.

Might be guilty!.. I seem to be quoting for England at the moment!..so time spent at home on the PC means more surfing time and this Bl##dy forum is addictive!!:blink:, mind you picked up some nice buys recently because of it...and yes mines a pint of Spitfire Please! Lol!

Of course Steve - I should have known that! It's the reason why some of my field engineers are logged into Facebook when they are actually out on the road.....:laugh:

Agree, always checking in on the iPhone...

LOL - the forum is addictive, but viewing it on a phone would drive me nuts!! I don't have an iPhone though - just an HTC thingy - nonetheless, browing on such a small screen without a proper QWERTY keyboard is a damn nuisance.

Still, I guess you can read what's happening, even if you don't actually reply to posts!

Nice - I'd quite fancy retirement.... Although with these half days, I could get used to it in the summer. I reckon I could get by working part time.....:wink:

Gotta sign off soon though as my PC battery needs charging and the extension lead does not quite reach far enough into the garden....:lol:
