  • We did a video earlier this week, the Z hasn't been out the garage since July 2020. So happy for this, this is miles away from professional video, and the guy who helped me with the drone and editing,

Done a fair bit of road testing in the LWB, refining the map & testing the mild antilag on the Nistune ECU. 1 bar boost in neutral at just 4500 rpm.

Decided to sell the SWB. It's too mint to turn into a development mule for all my ideas :wack:

Picked up this genuine UK EH7 pearlescent yellow Stillen-kitted beauty:

You could've painted the entire caliper and then just ran a flat file across the top of the letters to take them back to the bare alloy ;)

Looks much better now though :thumbup1:

I have an impending visit on the 8th April to Mr. Dents place and with my car being too smokey/embarrassing to take to tescos for some Momentum i've been buying it by the 2 x 5 litre cans and filling up on the drive, inside my flap was filthy to say the least so took it off and gave it a damn good clean :cool3:.

What did I do to my Zed tonight?

Me and Fran went into Stockton for a bite to eat. Which, of course, involved a bit of a Zed-blast there and back! :D

I do thoroughly enjoy driving that car, I have to admit... :) :)

What's that, leaky turbo seals?

Stripped all the boot plastics out and lined the edges and contact panels with anti-rattle tape. It's already made a difference and I haven't even been anywhere in it!

Finally managed to finish off the mapping of my old tired stock engine. 567bhp & 501lbft. One run managed 570bhp. Still in one piece after years of abuse.

The engine is crying out for some PowerZed wizardry truth be told. Still on the stock exhaust manifolds, throttle bodies & auto camshafts, losing a lot of power up top :(

Next step before any internal work will be an AEM V2 water/meth kit to hopefully break 600fwhp before a ringland :wack:

Wow. Think I need you some of your wizardry on my Z this year too!

Well 1st great day with the zed this year!!! New waterpump and thermostat fitted, coolant system flushed through where it had been sitting some other bits and pieces sorted too and a little tidying up done too nothing major to the eye but a job well done she even fired up on the first turn of the key since September!! Happy days :) long live my zed
