What was the overall weight?

1470kg with me in it. Need forged wheels and to replace the glass. Then chop every bracket and cut every bit out that I don't need. Or just buy a SWB slick top and start again......

Started on the new abflug type2 rear spoiler to get ready for paint just waiting for the rest of the body kit to turn up then get the car painted

Drove it a bit..... Well, a lot actually!!

We ventured into deepest Wiltshire for the day - took a trip to Bowood House; and as it didn't open until 11 we had a wander around Castle Coombe village first. Then after visiting the main sights of Bowood, we drove onto the rhododendron gardens; had a nice walk around them, casually interrupted by the odd break to sit in the sunshine....

.....Before getting back in the ZX and taking the scenic route home along the A4 as opposed to the motorway!!

Gotta love the ZX for a nice 180 mile round day-trip...

Spent 30 mins with a can of wd40 trying to get my ariel to fully extend, after a good dowsing and cleaning of the black crap that oozed out it now extends and retracts perfectly, another job off the list, painting scuttle panels and wiper arms tomorrow then its on the trim line on the bodywork got to replace the whole thing, not looking forward to being sat on the ground for 2 hours with a hairdryer to get the old one off.

Blown one of these.

1. turbo

2. number 6 piston

3. piston rings on cylinder 6

Not sure yet. need to find out.

Fitted boy racer stripe to hide dodgy paintwork on bonnet, fitted carbon fibre wrap to hide more dodgy paintwork on boot lid, fitted new Sony head unit and remote, fitted bluetooth receiver, cleaned under bonnet a bit, checked oil and coolant levels, fitted my 4 point racing harnesses to drivers side, removed rear screen seal, cleaned it and refitted it......

Check the ECU temp connection, it may be receiving an ittermitent signal causing the car to think its hottie or colder than it thinks effecting idle and the overheating procedure, ie turning on the fan.

Still need someone with an eye for the z32 to have a look at her properly really as i no ,no different at the moment :) cheers for the advice z32 bolt :)

Today I did an engine, gearbox and diff oil change, replaced the starter motor for one that hopefully does not stick. I adjusted the hand brake, fitted window trim and replaced the passenger side scuttle panel for one that does not crack if you breath on it...

I got one on Saturday.... :O

Haven't stopped smiling (or driving) long enough to do anything since!
