  • We did a video earlier this week, the Z hasn't been out the garage since July 2020. So happy for this, this is miles away from professional video, and the guy who helped me with the drone and editing,

Thats a pity as they were very rare Jap alloys but you got them 19" Alloys at a good price.

WTF!? How can you smash into a barrier at Tesco!?

Sad huh! I just don't understand how you can smash a wheel up in a supermarket carpark!?

was a barrier on a dual carrageway infront of tescos lol. its in good hands now lol

made an attempt to do the heater matrix...

WHAT A F£$%£$%ing DISASTER !!!!!

I know there are some hard thing to do on these cars but forget that for a laugh... :(

I took the dash out for reasons other than just the matrix and wish I hadn't, it was a mess.. cracks all over the place, took me best part of the afternoon pasti-welding and gluing it back together.... then getting the clutch pedal out and finding that the master cylinder had to also come out.... looking to see how easy it would be to do from above.. MMMmmmm.. so I just gave up and put it all back together...

I'd rather freeze than do that again....

Took delivery of my tyres, got them all from tyreleader and they arrived inside 72 hrs, all rated for 186mph .

These are for the rears 255/40/17 Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, should give me a perfect flat wall .

Taking a chance with Nokian Z G2 and 235/40/17, their Zline range get even better reviews but not in this size unfortunately, next job then, take the Equips off and get these fitted :thumbup1:.

Spent another £300 on bits and bobs from the US.

If I'm not around for a while, it's because the wife has taken away my internet access...

Zed #2: 1998 Midnight Purple 2+2 NA. (owned 2020 - now)

Zed #1: 1995 Blue Slicktop NA (2013-2015)

Well today I carbon wrapped more of the car..... lol

I wrapped the front pillars either side of the windscreen as the top coat has gone and there are millions of bubbles in the remaining paint..... so cover up till I have saved enough for respray without the wife noticing I am squirrelling away money each month.....lol

It's either the Z or new double glazing and the windows aren't going to rot away like my Z will..... lol

But nobody tell her or I am dead meat..... lol

I also managed to replace side marker 501 bulb and one of the stop and tail bulbs ready for the MOT.....

Next was to clean out and Adjust the washer jets, replace the pipe that connects the rear washer jet to the body..... a pig to get to.....

I am going to fill her up with fresh super unleaded tomorrow and want to run an injection system cleaner through her...... any recommendations..... I was going redex....???

Watching my Z disintegrate on my driveway!!!

Still got a original spare alloy in alloy and polished rim that would make a good spare for yours as there really hard to get hold of.

Today I stripped my zx of its last remaining parts so it can go to the scrapers tomorrow. Very sad day.

have you looked at camskill for tyre's, those 1s you have look huge nice grooves lol.

I always buy from camskill, very good prices and service. I would've chosen the eagle f1 over the Vredestein as they are very similarly priced and review much better. Although the f1 has now dropped to 4th in the rankings, it's still good vfm over the other brands. The sessantas managed to get in the top 10 back in 2010 but have struggled to keep up.
