Looking for opinions

 

Ive always wanted the high level spoiler, My Wife likes the one thats on.

Ive also got some vented wings to go..

 

Should I stick with the 99spec and just fit the wings or fit the spoiler as well?

I really like the 99 spec as well, b ut always wanted the hight level, thats why I cant decide..

99 spec for me also mate but at the end of the day its your choice so which do you find suits your zed?

i stuck with the standerd oem in fibreglass always looked the *****cks

I'm gonna be a pain and say mid level lol.

 

high level to high, 99spec have one in the garage, went to fit it and looks great from some angles and crap from others.

 

looks like it ain't wide enough and just plonked on.

agree with the 99 spec review, it looks a little too short to be perfect, but on Lil Steves car it looked completely different and like it had always been there... awesome in fact..

 

LOL always wanted a Supra, but funnily enough with the vented front wings I asked if it would look too fast and furious.. bearing in mind I wasnt modding the car at all and things seem to have taken over..

 

I liked the mid level but the band was right across my rear vision when using the mirror.. The high one is less visible. Wifes a short arse so doesnt matter besides dont think she uses the mirrors..lol

 

Rolandas your car looks awesome without the spoiler so dont change it.. lol.. Still loving the side graphics..

I'd have to say mid level too, I do like the 99 spec one, and its because of yours as why i bought mine, but i do understand what you were saying at the meet with the higher spoiler suiting the bumper better. but if its too high it could ruin the affect completely. hmmmm if only there was someone local that had an old mid level spoiler in their loft :whistling:

 

on another note though kev, was that your car I saw near Redcar seafront today? I was going a little to quick so couldn't of been sure...

Spent all morning trying to sort the gauges without success. Need somebody good with electrics..

I have a 99spec sitting on my balcony, i also agree with what terry said about it, from some angles it looks great others (rear shot) it doesnt look too good even though i know the reason it doesnt look like it fits.

 

If you want to be different and stay with a OEM nissan spoiler, you can always fit the one of the R34 GTR

You are putting me to shame reading this Kev my zed has been sitting in the garage for the last two weeks and I need to do some work to it but been to lazy sitting in the house.Need to get motivated and make a start.

The high level spoiler would come in handy if you pulled into tesco to find they had no trolleys left!! Other than that, don't get a 99 spec... Or a high level... Helpful? All IMO of course :)

I like my high level spolier, but I think it would look to big without the lower lip that I have with it

 

Ian, thats the first time Ive seen that spoiler and I think its awesome... Ill do some searching. sell the two spoilers I have and I may have the cash..

 

Gary, I felt the same just before JAE. after meeting everyone and seeing the cars it gave me a kick..

Ive bought a load of bits that I tend to fit over the winter. also get it in the body shop.. I want mine to gleam like yours..

To fit, gearbox, clutch, shortshifter, chrome slam panel, chrome coil packs and I want my gauges to work properly.

 

The off to zedworld early next year to get the hicas sorted, timing belt, boost controller and a remap..

 

I think ive bitten off more than I can chew but Im going for it...

 

Next year I tend to enjoy it through the summer and get to some events etc...

 

on top of that ive 30m2 of patio to lay and utility room and downstairs toilet to refit...

I like my high level spolier, but I think it would look to big without the lower lip that I have with it
