Hi Guys Suddenly, the power forward option on my electric drivers seat has stopped working, all the other functions work fine, it just wont go forward. Are the individual motors, etc, i would sacrifice one of the other movements, once set, if thats possible, Also if i have to remove the seat, is it a big jobby.... is there a way to overide the electric motor and push it forward. After fiddling around with exhausts for quite a while I have decided that I'll be replacing my cat back. For my rolling road tune I was running a hks centre section with 2.5" piping and some universal 2.5" back boxes. The power seemed ok but they were still holding the car back and also droned significantly between 2-3k. I then updated my apexi system to use the new hks centre and full 2.5" piping. The sound was great if not a little too quiet but they are too restrictive for the tune I have now so they have to go. Its been posted before and well discussed but..... Wow I do think its a great buy. A UK Z32 auto 300zx, two owners, 34,000 miles and in great condition. Might need a few changes to bring it back to oem but all easy jobs. After a 5 year secondment to Subaru im finally back in a Zed........ and what a zed.. Picked up Darren's mint silver z on sat and couldn't be happier, after spending some time really looking over the car its amazing the level of detail and just how much work he put into her. Wow doesn't quiet cover it. Thanks Darren it was great to meet you and I promise I will look after her.... already ordered a few bits for the engine bay, skins and rear cover :) Craig

I currently have a set of 19" TSW Multi spoke wheels on my 1991 TT LWB and I am considering changing them for a more dished style....I am also thinking of perhaps a more retro style ....and drawn to something like those fitted to Gaz 300's fantastic Red shortie..... I am thinking of dropping back to 18" both for the ride improvement and the current occasional fouling I get with the 19's ...(although that is probably more to do with the size of hub centric spacers I have!) As some of you may know I've been back at home for a few weeks to get some work done on the 300. I thought I would share some pics and info on my progress

My tripmeter and odometer from my 1990 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo don't work well, sometimes they run and then they stop again. Also my speedo meter, it drops completely dead, maybe later it suddenly comes alive again and going up and down and then it works again. But later it will fall dead again, etc. Any idea what this problem can be with my meters? Maybe the sensor on the automatic?....or?

I seem to of I seem to of misplaced my gearbox bolts, am i right in thinging that I cb24 only source not her set from a tt manual and other variants used different sizes? Thanks

Hello there! I was looking to bore and to lace the valve's on the header cams, wondered or a doner could be found from another model or if there is anyone who sells such a kit in the UK? Many thanks!! - - - Updated - - - bore and to REPlace the valve's (sorry!) - - - Updated - - - Maybe I should say bore out a furather 2 mm and replace the valves to fit.

looking for a power source for the front parking camera dont really wanna run a cable to the battery for it anything near the front that has constant power that i can tap into, any help appreciated :winkiss:

A couple of HICAS advisories on the MOT this year that i want to prepare for in plenty of time for next year, so what are my options and does anyone have the things i need in good condition? Nearside Rear Track rod end ball joint has slight play (2.2.B.1f) Offside Rear Track rod end ball joint has slight play (2.2.B.1f) Are these specifics still available as new, or as pattern parts? Or am i looking at decent used versions? i have a lockout bracket to replace the rack, but not the bars that replace the track rods i think, so of no benefit in this instance.

Anyone know where to buy oil seals for the rear knuckles ? I've managed to damage the ones i had by overheating them when i used a blow torch to burn the old bushes out . I think the part number is 4325230P00 but i'm nut sure.

Hey all, At last I have my engine up and running after my mis-threaded spark plug scare :) I've invested in an ECUTalk connector cable and have for the first time, a working set of diagnostics for my Zed. In the attached photo, can anyone lend their expertise on the gauge readouts...are they okay? Just where do you start when checking the engine's performance? Opinions welcome - thanks - Andy

Picked a parcel up this morning at Tomb Street Belfast. As I walked back to the Z it just stood out in all its glory sitting parked in the street so had to take a quick pic. Only after I had taken the picture I noticed I had captured the "Retro" signage on the wall. Where's yours parked?
